Jamie was extremely helpful & knowledgeable when I had another HVAC problem with another company & again today. I was pleasantly surprised when Dave promptly arrived the same day! He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the unit up & running. He was very polite, professional and more importantly to me, he explained the repair. I can honestly say, Wes's H/C is my new go to & would highly recommend their services.

My broken furnace was accurately diagnosed, proper part ordered, and quickly repaired - just 1 day after ordering the part. The technician was knowledgeable and demonstrated a strong understanding of the work required. Very happy with the quick turnaround on the initial diagnostic. While the customer service was acceptable, I would have appreciated more proactive communication regarding parts availability and scheduling updates, as I had to initiate contact multiple times. I’m unclear on the hourly rate, but the initial repair was quite costly and ultimately did not resolve the problem. A more significant issue was later discovered, resulting in additional expenses that I am now responsible for. UPDATE: To add to my previous review, Wes contacted me a couple of times and discussed the issues and they were able to get the problems resolved with no additional fees. Thank you so much for your kind service and willingness to work with me to reduce expense on my part. Very much appreciate it and will definitely call them again in the future!

Made an appointment to have our furnace and a/c cleaned and checked. Two technicians arrived on time. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable and informative. They kept us informed what they were doing and gave the results when finished. A very professional appointment. We would recommend Wes's Heating and Cooling. We originally purchased our Carrier furnace and Carrier Air Conditioner from Wes's and have been very pleased throughout the years.

We used Wes’s Heating and Cooling a few years ago, and they did such a great job that I made sure to keep their information handy in case we ever needed them again. Our air conditioner stopped working over the weekend, so we called them first thing Monday morning, and a technician showed up just a few hours later. Our air conditioner was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Everyone at the company is very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!

This is a highly reliable company with experienced technicians who are professional and highly competent. It's a friendly interaction with quick service and a wonderful customer relations/office staff. We had a new furnace (Carrier) and a new air conditioning unit replaced.

Their dispatcher / administrative assistant was great! Everything was clearly explained to me. I believe the repair cost was fair. Things break and you pay what you have to. The HVAC tech was very professional and thoroughly explained what repairs most likely would need performed. The work was completely very quickly and my outside central air-conditioning unit was up and running well.

Had my annual furnace maintenance under warranty, great service, very professional and courteous , appointment scheduling is very easy. Nick the service tech was wonderful and Jamie in the office is very helpful. I give Wes Heating and Cooling 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
