Honestly no exaggeration I had a great experience. I brought my car in today for a body adjustment on my door. The service wat top tier. The gentleman that worked as advisors and the one that serviced my car were very kind and did great work. I highly recommend. Would definitely be back for anything else I need in the future.

THE BEST! Bring your car here with anything. Had to get my bumper replaced and it was done in a day. Great service, great and professional people and just 100/100. Hope I don’t have to come back but if I do I will definitely come to Werkheiser Collision. Thank you for making my car look like new!

I truly cannot say enough good things about **Werkheiser Collision** and the incredible people who run it — especially Keith and his partner Chris. We selected this body shop based on the outstanding 5.0-star reviews we read online, and from the very first day we stepped through their doors, we were proud and confident that we had chosen the right place to work on our vehicle. We initially brought our car to Werkheiser Collision to repair the damages, but while it was there and supplements were sent to the insurance, the insurance ultimately deemed the car a total loss due to structural damage. From the very beginning, Keith and Chris treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. They worked with us in any way possible to make this situation as stress-free and frustration-free as possible, and it made a world of difference during an already difficult time. What really stood out to us was how they handled what turned into a month-and-a-half process — not because of anything the body shop did, but because the insurance companies kept going back and forth with them over the additional damages discovered after the tear down. Chris was extremely thorough during the estimate process and stood firmly by what he found, and Keith made sure everything was handled properly and professionally. Instead of rushing things or overlooking important details, they stood by their work and advocated for a fair and honest evaluation of the vehicle. On top of that, the insurance company wanted to charge us a significant amount in fees that would have been taken directly out of our settlement. Keith and Chris absolutely refused to let that happen. They went above and beyond to make sure those fees were waived and that no money came out of our settlement. They truly fought for us and made sure we were protected financially during an already stressful situation. That level of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed, answered every question we had, and never once made us feel like a burden. I also want to recognize their receptionist, who was always so kind and welcoming whenever we called or stopped in to speak with Keith or Chris. No matter how many times we reached out, she was patient, friendly, and made us feel valued. That consistency in customer care from the front desk to the owner says everything about this business. Even though our vehicle was ultimately deemed a total loss, seeing the quality of the vehicles outside that were being repaired, we have no doubt that if our car had been fixable, we would never have been able to tell it had been in an accident. The craftsmanship and pride in their work were obvious. There is no wonder they have 5.0-star reviews, and I am confident they will continue to receive 5.0-star reviews because of how they look out for their customers — especially in difficult situations like ours. From the bottom of both my wife’s and my heart, we cannot thank Werkheiser Collision enough for everything they did during this process. Hi - To anyone who needs people who genuinely care about doing an exceptional job on your car. THIS IS THE PLACE. I was the first Polestar 2 they encountered back in Jan 2025 for suspension damage. They were transparent in the whole process and boy it was a process. Polestar services messed up sending the right part several times, but these guys were professional all the way through it. They put my car back together tip top shape after 5 months of grueling back and forth with Polestar to ensure I had the same factory parts on my car that the originally came with the car. Once I got it back, I wanted to drive it a bit to give my final verdict, but then I had a family emergency that had me drive to Oregon with the car. That's when I noticed my left wheel well having a loose clanking sound when ever I hit the gas and yanking sensation. Being 1700 miles away in Oregon, I had to wait until I came back to Denver to see the crew at Werkheiser again. Fast forward to early Feb and now I am back home in Denver and they were MORE THEN HAPPY to set and appointment see what's going on. They assured me that I have a life time warranty which, I DID NOT REALIZE I HAD. Talk about best surprise of the century. My car got in on 02/10 and its fixed free of charge with my warranty, they also noticed that I have the wrong tires on my EV and suggested I get correct tires for the weight of my car, so my tires don't start shredding apart like they are currently doing. I am just extremely impressed with these guys attention to detail and just always making it so easy to work with. I am moving back to Oregon in April, but I know the one thing I will be disappointed in leaving is the Werkheiser Collision Auto Shop. Thank you All at Werkheiser for your kindness, professionalism and hard work on my Polestar 2.

Very knowledgeable team. Ray specifically was quick to diagnose the issue and provide details explaining the situation. I brought in a car with a rebuilt title and Ray pretty much told me the people who fixed it did it wrong. It was nice to have an honest opinion backed with data. Very great work and even better people.

Keith and his team are Elite. Professional, kind, communicative, never kept waiting on a response-I knew from my first interaction walking through the door this was going to be a very positive experience. My 4Runner was parked and struck on several sides, damaging the rear bumper, paint, and quarter panels, etc… the team worked seamlessly with insurance and made the process as painless as possible, and somehow my truck looks almost better than before? Will not be going anywhere else for body work in Colorado. Thank you all so much again.

They diagnosed the damage quickly and provided a clear, fair estimate. The repair work was completed on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations. My Tow Truck looks brand new again! They got me in for an estimate instantly. Chris was very communicative during the entire process and made sure the replacement parts were good quality, pushing for OEM parts with insurance. My car came back cleaned and looks great.

It's a little embarrassing to damage your wife's brand-new Cadillac Escalade IQL. While the damage was relatively minimal, a proper fix required both a passenger side door skin and fender skin, running board and all the emblems/trim pieces to match. Needless to say I wanted the fix to be factory fresh. Add to this that I have some professional experience in the auto industry and I know how to 'check' a vehicle for prior body work. So the work had to be 100%. I talked with Keith about my expectations and he assured me that he and his team could deliver a repair that would appear to be original to the factory work. Boy did he deliver! Now that the vehicle is home, I keep looking for a 'tell' somewhere, anywhere. Door jams, seams, paint match, it's all perfect. In addition to workmanship, the service, follow-up and communication from the office team is top-notch. I can't recommend Keith and Werkheiser Collision enough.

I've never left a review for a business before but the entire team here is great. The woman at the front is super friendly and helpful and walked me through the entire process before I brought my vehicle in. The guys in the shop did a fantastic job fixing up my car and Keith made sure I was pleased with the job. The entire team went to bat with the insurance company for me. Everything was professional, quick, and done properly. Could not recommend this place more
