I called Ricardo after arriving in February at 4:30 pm to no heat in my Chelan home. He was here by 6:30 and in one hour everything was fixed. He was professional, empathetic and kind. I am grateful he answered the phone and can highly recommend him.

He was detailed, knowledgeable, and not a sales person--he is a pro who really knows the systems. We called Ricardo with an HVAC problem and he was here the next morning. He was unlike anyone else who had ever come to work on our HVAC system. He was patient, thorough, professional and was able to diagnose the problem and work through it. He spent extra time to test his work and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving.
