Chris, the owner of Wells Electric, is an ultimate professional. Prompt, courteous and proficient. We have dealt with a lot of the local electricians and he is the only one who answers his phone right away. Also, he provides on-site estimates and gets his plans together expeditiously and into the client's hands quickly. He is task oriented. He shows up on time and is flexible enough to work with the client to fit the client's schedule. His pricing is competitive and not outrageous. He finished his work in a timely manner and went on to set up the building inspector's site inspection for a time agreeable to the customer, inspector and contractor. First time inspection and approval on the spot. His attention to detail is superb. He was able to anticipate the shop's needs for both power supply today and the upgrades we will require in the future. His design gave us a cool industrial look that will now require us to up our game. Chris shows up on time, with the proper attitude and ready to work. We cannot say enough good things about him and his company. You need to hire him today!

Reached out to Chris in June for a quote. Very reasonable quote, however, I needed some time to save up. I noticed the quote expired so I reached out via email about the quote. Never received a response. Decided to inquire again via his website and set up an appointment. Received a text the day of the appointment that he was "about 3 minutes out" and then never showed up. I texted back and left a message and still have not received a response in over a week. Overall, communication is not good, but I do hope everything is okay as he did seem like a very professional person when I met him in the early summer. It appears the owner has replied over 1 year later to this review and due to the inaccuracy of his reply, I have decided to add screenshots of scheduled appointments and texts referenced above.

Chris replied immediately and was available on very short notice. Craftsmanship is top notch. We asked that he install 4 recessed lights and 4 Kasa smart switches. Chris is very detail oriented as the bulk of the installs were net new with no former electrical supplied to the locations. Chris also drove out of his way to help us. I cannot recommend him enough and will be doing business with him going forward. Lastly, he left the work areas spotless. Not that this is ever an issue but it’s nice knowing he has that level of detail.
