Amazing services and amazing nursing staff. Everything is superb, cleanliness of the rooms, the doctors, nurses and staff. My mother made her knee operation last year and now we came for the second one. We really thank everyone and management for their amazing service 👍🏽 Dr Khalid El Shirbieny was her operating surgeon in both operations, an exceptional surgeon whose expertise inspires confidence. His calm, reassuring manner, genuine kindness and dedication made a difficult experience far easier for our family. I will be forever grateful. I would like to give a special thanks to all the nursing staff for their kindness and attentiveness with Mr. Ibrahim Abdul Hameed Al Jamal for his dedication and care

I wish I could rate zero. Such a bad and poor experience. Call center informed doctor will start at 6 and I have to be there 15 minutes earlier and I went on time. I was number 5 in the doctor queue. The doctor was late and at 6:45 I asked the nurse she said he should have been there at 6. the receptionist informed me he starts at 6:30 not 6. Totally unprofessional. It was 7 and the doctor wasn’t even there. So I left. Outpatient clinic doesn’t have enough seats for patients and I had to wait standing. They have a cafeteria accepting only cash with no other option. No card. No Instapay. Nothing. Even though the reception accepts card payments. I left after almost 2 hours without seeing the doctor and planning to never go back.

Clean and comfortable hospitality was great. Unfortunately, they need to update their elevators as well very slow in their appointment.
