Excellent Care and Professionalism My mother recently underwent a cardiac catheterization at the hospital, and I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care she received. From the moment we arrived, the medical staff were attentive, reassuring, and highly professional. The cardiology team explained every step clearly and treated my mom with great compassion. The procedure went smoothly, and the post-op care was exceptional.

I wish I could rate zero. Such a bad and poor experience. Call center informed doctor will start at 6 and I have to be there 15 minutes earlier and I went on time. I was number 5 in the doctor queue. The doctor was late and at 6:45 I asked the nurse she said he should have been there at 6. the receptionist informed me he starts at 6:30 not 6. Totally unprofessional. It was 7 and the doctor wasn’t even there. So I left. Outpatient clinic doesn’t have enough seats for patients and I had to wait standing. They have a cafeteria accepting only cash with no other option. No card. No Instapay. Nothing. Even though the reception accepts card payments. I left after almost 2 hours without seeing the doctor and planning to never go back.

I had a knee operation at welcare hospital and everything was literally perfect, the hospital is very clean , the surgeons are very skilled, the anaesthesia was amazing , all the nurses and staff are very professional, friendly and polite . The laboratory and radiology departments are very professional. The room was perfect and my overall stay at the hospital was flawless. Thanks to everyone in charge of this amazing hospital. I wish I could make it zero. I had a terrible experience with Dr Sameh Sakr. He is a bad doctor, a bad listener, irresponsible, had a call while explaining what I feel bad about he didn't give a shit about what I was talking about, Asked for many costly rays without examination. And the staff is so poor and not taking the paperwork seriously

Will Care Hospital is extremely poor in quality due to the reception department, which deals with patients in an inappropriate manner. Additionally, the nursing staff treats patients with negligence, lack of care, and very poor service. The biggest tragedy is that the rooms are also extremely bad, and they use the isolation rooms for post-operative patient stays, which are not large enough to accommodate the patient transfer trolleys. I apologize for choosing Will Care Hospital.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hospital. Not only was the treatment subpar, but I also felt constantly misled. It seemed their primary focus was on billing rather than patient care. Transparency and genuine concern for patients should be paramount in healthcare, but sadly, I did not find that here.

You'll literally die here before they decide to cure you. I waited 24 hours and had a lot of discussions to get my x-ray examed - hope i won't die of pneumonia before i'll finally get it When you come for an operation, be ready to be charged more +20-30% due to "unpredictable" changes in the materials needed

A relative from Aden had a Total Knee Replacment by Mr Mohammed El-Shiwi. Amazing results. The patient went home on the third day including the day of surgery. (could have gone 1 day earlier but we preferred the patient to stay for another day). (the cost was less than the amount qouted as our patient went home earlier so we had a refund, thanks!!!). Amazing and friendly staff (5 stars), available at a buzer and immediate availability. Kind and sympathetic to patient's need. Post op care was brillient and professional. Physiothereapist was Heithem please send our regards and he is well recomended.

The hospital is far below level. They use young no experience residents to manage patients through "What's App" with others busy Sorry to say doctors. Am Prof Dr myself in Cairo university. القصر العيني Speaking the truth they build thus place to collect money through trapping by some old out of order names. Mom died by such care.
