Outstanding customer service and technician. Not only was thorough. He was respectful and explained everything in a detailed manner. In addition, my wife and I work from home and have a sign on the door to not to knock or ring the door bell. He respected that and called me. That is very much appreciated. Ever since I switched to Weiss, I only have great things to say. The other A/Heating companies don't compare. Switch now if you want outstanding service, repairs, customer service, and support.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When our brand new HVAC system went out over the weekend, this company was willing to respond—promptly and professionally—even on a Saturday! We live in a new home but our builder’s HVAC contact wouldn’t even come look at the unit until Monday, but Zandon from Weiss showed up, diagnosed the issue, explained the issue, talked with the manufacturer’s customer service, and got the part needed reserved. Once the repair team showed up on Monday, they went above and beyond: carefully covering the floor to protect our home during the work. Weiss even set another technician who performed a thorough quality check of the installation technician’s a few days later. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to doing the job right made it an easy decision to sign for their maintenance plan. Highly recommend if you want fast, respectful, and reliable service when it matters most!

Weiss Services are top notch. Scheduling is easy and text communication is outstanding. The bonus of them doing plumbing now as well made it a bonus for me. They both arrived back to back and are extremely thorough! His team is very professional and knowledgeable. We utilize there preventive plan as well that has its own benefits.

We had a remarkable experience with Weiss Air Conditioning and heating. A few Fridays ago we realized our AC was not cooling our home. That afternoon a technician was out and did a thorough inspection. Both of our units were out after 13 years of running. Nick had a unit ready to install Sunday morning to help cool us down. Our second unit arrived 48 hours later. That was quick service! The finance terms were reasonable and Ashley worked with us to get the best terms. I am sharing this review of Brett, the same plumber that did great work for me just a couple of days ago but since he was so professional, smart and accommodating, I felt comfortable having him replace my kitchen faucet. He committed to a date and time to ease the process for me and did another great, quick job at such a fair price. I've used three other plumbing companies in the past that were never asked back, so I delayed changing out my faucet. I am also looking to buy a home that will need a great deal of plumbing and HVAC work, so because of my great experience with Brett and Weiss will use them for any future work. Thank you again! I scheduled a furnace maintenance and it was quick and easy to book an appointment online. They were able to accommodate an appointment date within a week... where other companies had a wait of over a month. Grayson from Weiss showed up near the start of the appointment window and was friendly and professional. Everything went smooth during the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

All good so far. Today’s visit to evaluate. Appointment next week to make repair. Service tech (Grayson) was prompt on his arrival and polite . Grayson did the work and explained to me what he did as I looked over the completed work. A very good service experience. Thank you.

These guys stand by their work and I appreciate that! My AC went out this past Friday. After doing some troubleshooting Saturday morning to see if it’s a simple fix, I was unable to get it back working so I decided to give them a call. They did a service call later that day which revealed that the board on my furnace was bad and needed to be replaced. They put in a temporary fix which allowed one of my 2 thermostats to directly control the AC for the entire house until then. Monday roll around, they came out and replaced the board which took a few hours. After being told it was done, there was still no air coming out of the vents. I communicated my problem and the next day, the owner had another tech out investigating my issue which revealed a slightly different issue than what it was originally believed to be. They got it figured out and got my AC working. They also came back the following day just to further troubleshoot and make sure they had the issue fully resolved, then also fully explained to me what was the issue and the steps they took to resolve it. I felt like they took the effort to make sure my issue was resolved properly. I stand by any business that values customer service. I recommend these guys!

If you are having issues with your AC unit, choose Weiss. Edward was phenomenal. He was very professional and fixed it right away. Marshall from Weiss, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. Very eager to help, friendly, and not to mention, hilarious! I couldn't be more happier with the experience!
