This company is great! Scheduling was easy, communication on my issues and explaining what needed to happen was very thorough. Tyler came to do my service. He is fantastic, very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to happen. He even helped me move stuff around so he could finish solving our problem. I am very satisfied with the company and Tyler as the technician. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors and definitely use them again if ever needed! Great company and people to use for door and openers. I needed a replacement garage door lift. They came out quickly, diagnosed the broken old one and replaced it immediately at a fair price. It needed a slight adjustment a few weeks later, tuned it and covered it under warranty. In a previous home a few years ago I called up several national (local franchises) and had a very different experience. Neither showed up on time. Techs were rude and the quoted prices were really excessive. We fix it was a pleasure to find.
