When he arrived, not only did he go through his checklist, but he also paid special attention to the area I was concerned about. After his first check, he called me right away because he knew I was eager for the results. Then, during the test drive, he gave me a second call to go over all the issues he found. Our conversation was super clear and really useful. Thanks to the info he provided, I was able to ask the seller to sort out a few things before buying his 15-year-old car.
