am writing this to warn other customers to be extremely careful when signing up for Weedex services. I signed up for a 1-year subscription and was required to keep autopay active at the time of enrollment. I paid the entire year in full upfront. After making that full payment, I removed autopay because I had absolutely no intention of renewing the service after the contract term ended. Once the one-year period was over, I was not clearly notified of the exact expiration date, and no one contacted me to confirm whether I wanted to renew. Despite autopay being removed and no renewal agreement in place, Weedex continued servicing my property two additional times without my authorization. At no point did they call, or request confirmation before performing those services. However, once the services were completed, they suddenly began calling repeatedly to demand payment. Even more concerning, they have stated that if I do not pay for services I did not authorize or agree to renew, they may send the balance to collections. Let me be very clear: • I paid in full for the agreed one-year contract. • I removed autopay specifically to avoid renewal. • I did not request additional service. • I did not sign or verbally agree to any extension. Continuing service without confirmed renewal and then pressuring a customer for payment — including threats of collections — is not acceptable business practice. It is especially troubling that there was no proactive communication when autopay was removed or when the contract ended. The only time they became proactive was when it was time to collect money. Customers should be extremely cautious: • Get written confirmation of cancellation and contract end dates. • Request written acknowledgment that service will not continue. • Do not assume removing autopay automatically stops service. • Document everything. Transparency and consent matter. A customer should never feel pressured into paying for services they did not explicitly agree to renew. I strongly encourage anyone considering this service to fully understand the renewal terms before signing.

Justin is the most knowledgeable technician that Weedex has. He has helped my lawn in so many different areas. Justin is always friendly, funny, and in a great mood! He embodies the work ethic and ability of days past, Weedex is truly lucky to have Justin as am I as my Lawn Technician!

I had a very frustrating experience with Weedex Lawn Care and would not recommend their 6-service subscription program based on how it was handled in my case. When I initially signed up, I understood it to be a seasonal 6-service plan. What was not clearly explained to me was how the renewal process works. I did not receive any notice that my agreement was ending or that it would automatically renew. The next thing I knew, services were scheduled again and charges appeared without me realizing the contract had rolled over into another term. Clear communication about renewal terms is extremely important, especially for subscription services. In my situation, I did not feel adequately informed about when my contract was up or that it would continue without additional authorization from me. When I reached out for clarification, I still felt that the policies were not communicated in a customer-friendly way. At a minimum, customers should receive advance notice before a renewal and a simple opportunity to opt out. If you’re considering signing up, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the fine print, specifically regarding renewal and cancellation policies, so you fully understand how the agreement continues beyond the initial 6 services. Overall, this experience left me disappointed and much more cautious about subscription lawn care services.

Justin has been taking care of our yard and it looks fantastic! We live next to a green belt and have always struggled with all of the different weeds blowing over into our yard. He is super friendly and always provides me a brief of everything that he is going to apply and the reason for it. We love what Weedex has done for our yard.

I have used Weedex for almost 15 years and have never been disappointed with either the professionalism of their lawn care technicians or their Customer Service (CS) personnel. My most recent experience with CS representative Kerwin H. was OUTSTANDING! I always pay for my annual service in advance to take advantage of a slight discount, but Kerwin went out of his way to find additional savings, including both a “loyalty” and a “Senior” discount. His diligence saved me additional $$$ for 2026. Thank you Kerwin for going above and beyond!

I wouldn't give this company a half star! Poor service, cancellation policy not fully disclosed. After I cancelled I was told I had to pay the balance of the difference between the discounted price and the regular price for prior services received. This was not disclosed at the initial agreement to utilize their services, supposedly it was a no contract, cancel at any time agreement. Whatever is being used to kill weeds is trash and does not effectively address the issue of weed control. Don't waste your time with these clowns, they are rude!

They are lazy and inconsistent with staff. Weedex showed up at 1206 left at 1210, video proof. They managed to treat the front yard. Then emailed saying the dogs were out in the back yard. My dogs were inside but I guess they had a 5 minute window to complete a yard. Anyone have lawn service recommendations???? Weedex is not trustworthy.

I’ve used Weedex for two years and it is my fourth service to use so I know how the others stack up. We get the best service and results from Weedex. Danny is our tech and he is great.

Eric with Weedex was fast and thorough with his applications today. He arrived at my home let me know he was ready to start his application. He performed his duties fast and was gone before I knew it. Very professional. Thank you Weedex.

I have been completely satisfied with the service at Weedex. My tech, Joseph, was very friendly and thorough. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the treatment. My lawn has never looked better! No weeds and the grass is vibrant green.
