Weedex Lawn Care

Justin has been taking care of our yard and it looks fantastic! We live next to a green belt and have always struggled with all of the different weeds blowing over into our yard. He is super friendly and always provides me a brief of everything that he is going to apply and the reason for it. We love what Weedex has done for our yard.

Justin is the most knowledgeable technician that Weedex has. He has helped my lawn in so many different areas. Justin is always friendly, funny, and in a great mood! He embodies the work ethic and ability of days past, Weedex is truly lucky to have Justin as am I as my Lawn Technician!

They are lazy and inconsistent with staff. Weedex showed up at 1206 left at 1210, video proof. They managed to treat the front yard. Then emailed saying the dogs were out in the back yard. My dogs were inside but I guess they had a 5 minute window to complete a yard. Anyone have lawn service recommendations???? Weedex is not trustworthy.

Customer Service is rude, treatments are ineffective Despite diligently following the advice of their technicians—including adjusting my watering schedule—my lawn has not achieved the expected level of health. I continue to observe numerous patchy areas, some attributable to shade from trees, and others without any clear explanation. They blame it on you, for watering schedule, different kinds of weeds etc. Cancelation is a hassle also.

Received my grub control treatment this morning. Jorge was extremely polite and professional. Great job Jorge! Our regular lawn care technician Sam McCray(?) is also one of best guys we have every met. Again, extremely polite and professional. Our lawn looks GREAT. Thank you Weedex - please give these guys a raise!!

Eric with Weedex was fast and thorough with his applications today. He arrived at my home let me know he was ready to start his application. He performed his duties fast and was gone before I knew it. Very professional. Thank you Weedex.

Complete rip-off and scam artists. They offered the first service at a 50% discount, which I paid for, and then I paid for the second service at full price. I was not happy with their services or the company after the second service, and canceled all subsequent services. I never signed a contract obligating me to any future services, nor was there anything about paying for the difference on the discounted service or a cancellation fee. Yet, I received a bill for $36.47, which I assume is for the remaining half of the initial discount. They didn't explain why I was billed that amount, since there were no unpaid services, yet they sent me repeated notices about an unpaid balance. Then they had the sheer audacity to send the erroneous bill to collections. This company is as sleazy as they come and should be avoided at all costs.

We started using Weedex earlier this year, and in just a matter of months, Matt and Eric have turned our yard around. We have been nothing but impressed and pleased with our yard's improvement and with the customer service received with each visit. Both Matt and Eric are thorough and explain not only what services they are providing but also what we need to do to maintain the yard! I highly recommend Weedex Lawn Care and both Matt and Eric! Thank you both!

We have been using Weedex for many years. The company is very well established and knowledgeable in their field. All the technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and always communicate very, very well. Eric was here today to service our tree, shrubs and landscape areas. He patiently listened to my question and they feedback and advice on his professional opinion. He is very fast and efficient in his work. Weedex communicates with us in person and through emails regarding their services performed. They make it very easy to pay for services online and you get a discount for paying in advance. We highly recommend Weedex.
