Weathers Construction & Remodeling

This is the second time I've worked with Weathers Construction & it was another amazing experience. Brian and his team once again gave outstanding service. He transformed our old, dated and mismatched kitchen into a clean, modern and functional space. Like the last time I worked with him, he had cost-saving ideas and design suggestions that really brought it all together. Such a pleasure to work with an honest and professional team.

I called several contractors to get estimates on remodeling a house I was looking to sell and was looking to keep the price low while still getting quality work. Brian Weathers was very responsive and when he came out to look at the project he was a great listener and had some great suggestions but he was very mindful of my budget. I think his bid was the lowest I got but I could tell he was honest and invested in doing the job well and was really the only one I wanted. The project moved along at the pace we agreed to and his team was as professional and accommodating as he is. There were few change orders we thought of through out the project and his pricing on those was very fair and they were more than happy to do the custom "odd" requests I came up with. Everyone that toured the house during the selling process raved how nice the house looked and it was all due to Weathers Construction's work.

Brian and his team did a great job on our remodel. Brian was very responsive and really worked hard to make sure we were happy. The price of the remodel was very competitive. We love the way everything turned out and we hope to use Weathers Construction again in the future.

Weathers Construction did an amazing job with our remodel which included a full kitchen remodel, flooring throughout our main level and staircase, and a fireplace re-face. The price of the remodel was very competitive and Brian was very fair with us on any changes that we wanted to make along the way. Everything turned out so beautifully - the quality has been great. Brian was outstanding to work with and he did a great job with our master bathroom remodel. He worked with us throughout the project, responded to our changes & upgrades, and was super clean! Brian and his crew did an amazing job on framing and finishing my basement and two bathrooms. While I had ideas on how to design certain aspects he would provide recommendations based on his experience which were usually spot on. His crew was punctual everyday and finished on schedule. In addition the crew cleaned up after each day. I'd highly recommend them.

We hired Brian and his team to finish our basement. Extremely pleased with the results and plan on hiring them again to do our master bathroom. We didn't have any worries with allowing them access to our house when we were not home which was a huge original worry for us. They worked with our quickly needed timeline and completed extra requests we had along the way. Final cost did not go over estimate except for extras we added and agreed upon.

Weathers Construction did a magnificent job on our house. From laying a new floor throughout the first floor, adding a master bathroom and walk-in closet, a powder room, and lots of little touches and flourishes we would never have thought of by ourselves. My wife and I are totally satisfied with this work and would recommend this company to anyone.

Brian did a great job and very quickly on our bathroom finish. 6 weeks from start to finish. HIs crew and subs he used always showed up when scheduled. I've used 2 other contractors for projects and Weathers Construction was the best.

This is the second time we have used Weathers construction. They did a full remodel of our unfinished basement as well as completing misc drywall, wall building, etc in our second garage. He was willing to work with us on changes we requested after construction has started. He also stands by his work and made sure we were 100% satisfied before saying the project was complete. I would highly recommend using this company. We plan on using them again next year when we do a full remodel of our upstairs.
