This office has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. The care is outstanding, and the entire team is wonderful. I’ve been seen by multiple dentists here, and every single one has been professional, gentle, and attentive. The dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff are all incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. After years of negative experiences elsewhere, I came in expecting another bad one, but I was pleasantly surprised. I truly feel supported and cared for every time I come in. It’s rare to find a dental office where everyone is consistently this great. Highly recommend, especially if you’ve been nervous about dental care in the past.

You always have to wait EXTRA long even with an appointment. Ask them about if they can give me a heads up before hand if there are delays and the front desk people just say “I don’t know” or that they cannot do that. Like seriously… I’m sure latest 30 mins before the appointment surely you can tell if things will be delayed. I waste so much time just sitting in the waiting room. I made an appointment for 2pm and waited until 245pm on a workday!! You have work I have work like please be considerate of people’s time. For the record this EXTRA waiting time has happened multiple times !! Omg more problems. Literally in another Invisalign appointment right now which I was told I would pick up my next trays and lord and behold an assistant comes telling me we’re just doing photos and scans. Like what?! Not only did I have to wait EXTRA time, I’m here for something that I didn’t even know about?! AND have no trays?!?!?! There’s also miscommunications all around especially when receiving the first set of Invisalign. I was told one month from first appointment that I will receive a call to go in. Took basically 2 months. I kept calling to check in worried that they scammed me and the front desk person never knows what is going on. Claiming that he cannot see the records. Honestly I was so close in reporting this place as fraud since they have already charged me but would not give me any details. Seriously…. Shouldn’t the receptionists be more diligent with notifying the patients …..
