We used We Mow It All last summer and were always very happy with the work. But this year was a completely different experience. About a month ago, one of the employees came to mow our yard and broke our gate off the hinges. They left the gate leaning up against our fence. The work was done in the morning because I was invoiced before lunch and we didn’t get home until close to 6pm…we didn’t receive any phone call or heads up that our gate was broken. Also, they had the lawn mower set so low to the ground that there were lines down to the dirt throughout our yard. We called Dalton (who I believe is the new owner/manager) and asked him to come fix our gate. He came out and leaned the gate back into place…didn’t reattach anything or screw back in the screws. When my husband said the gate wasn’t fixed, he said he’d send someone to come actually fix it this time…two weeks came and went. We received a phone call from an employee who said he’d be out to fix it. When he didn’t come, my husband reached out again and Dalton said the employee no longer worked for him. Dalton said he’d come fix it that week and never did. When my husband said he needed to come fix the gate that his employee broke and never contacted us about, he stopped responding to his texts. We’ve dropped their services and now have to pay someone to come fix it. We weren’t given any discount after the experience and paid our last invoice in full. Poor customer service and communication.
