I decided to stop by, and right away one of the technicians greeted me and introduced me to Sara, that went over their zero out of pocket program with me. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they truly cared. They evaluated my car on the spot and explained the whole process clearly. I honestly thought my car would be in the shop for at least a month, but they finished everything in just two weeks, which worked out perfectly since I needed to get back home. Throughout the repair, they kept me updated and were so kind every step of the way. The best part? They even delivered my car to my mom’s house once it was done. It’s rare to find people who go above and beyond like that. I’m truly thankful for this amazing team, they made a stressful situation so much easier. I am very grateful that Michael had reached out once all the hail storms had came through. My brand new car had marks all over it and a cracked windshield. Jay the shop owner and Michael my sales guy are solid guys. Michael is a veteran so it explains a lot. I don’t normally do business with door knocking sales individuals but Michael was different in a very good way. They helped me every step of the way with the hail damage and made the process easy & painless. They repaired some dents and dings in a quarter panel and door also. It came out looking amazing. I’d definitely use them again. They repaired the hail damage on two of my neighbors vehicles as well.

I’m so grateful for that I found this shop. They truly went above and beyond to take care of me. I didn’t even have rental insurance, and they helped make sure I had a rental while my car was in the shop for several days. Desiree kept me updated the whole time and was super sweet she really took the time to get to know me and always made sure I was good. When I had an issue, the owner personally made sure it was fixed right away, and it only took one day. My car looks 100 times better now, they even cleaned it inside and out. It smells great, the leather looks amazing, and I can tell they put a lot of care into their work! Everyone was so kind and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. My experience with this company was FAR better than I ever imagined. Desiree’s professional knowledge of this experience was spot on from the beginning to the end. I called her many times and she was 100 percent available Day and Night! Even the owner came and explained what and how the repairs were going to be done.
