It was last Friday. 4:45PM. Pouring rain. Bitterly cold winds. I had to get back down home, but had two vehicles. One of which was 💯not💯 coming back with me but I didn't know if anyone would answer being so close to the end of vehicle/auto business hours. I got ahold of him after just a couple rings. Quick to quote and give me the address. I told him my maps ETA as an arrival time. Having realized my license plate still on the car (anti theft plate) immediately after the fact created about 8 minutes of a delay on my end-safe to say he was there ✨way✨ before me. He 👏🏼 called 👏🏼 me 👏🏼 about 4 minutes out to check and make sure I was still on my way. I felt pretty bad, like he thought I was going to waste his time, cause I had already, about 8 minutes of it, at the end of a business week, with literally negative minutes to spare 🤦🏼♀️ sorry man.
I pulled up and he was standing outside his truck & flagged me down. Service was fast. Efficient and effective. Start to finish. Very professional. He was respectful about everything. Didn't waste a second. I handed over all the service records and documentation I had for her and he confirmed the quote he gave me over the phone and delivered it in cash. I gave him the key and took another look at her and was ready to leave BUT ALAS I COULD NOT as he very kindly informed me MY PURSE WAS STILL SITTING IN THE PASSENGERS SEAT 💀 (thank you-im an airhead) It was an emotional thing for me, so I really appreciate/d the objectivity in your behaviour during our interactions. Thank you again for your ability to get things done and handle business respectfully and quickly. Even on a Friday right at 5PM.
