Wayne Fence

Wayne Fence installed a chain-link fence in my yard in July 2020. I was happy that they were able to do it quickly, especially during the pandemic. I did not care for the sales person I worked with but the fence installers did a nice job. When my wooden fence needed replacement in March 2024, their price was better than another fence installer, so we decided to use them again. The wooden fence was installed in April 2024. As the year went by, there were two fence panels whose color did not match the rest of the fence. Finally in June 2025, when it became obvious that they were the only two fence panels that were changing color so drastically, I reached out to Wayne Fence through an email and included photos of the mismatched fence panels. I did not hear back from them. I found out in August 2025 that part of my wood fence was leaning onto my neighbor’s property, and we needed to have it fixed. Starting in September, I called Wayne Fence a couple of times and was told someone would return my call and no one did. In October, I decided to email them and included the property line issue and the mismatched fence panel issue and finally heard back from someone. Someone came to my house on October 29 to look at both issues. The mismatched fence panels look so different that the man questioned whether Wayne Fence had been the ones to install those two panels. He took photos of the whole fence. The properly line issue was finally fixed on December 12. Only after asking again about the mismatched fence panels did someone tell me that the panels are different due to weathering so they won’t replace them under the warranty. I asked about these fence panels several times over our emails and nothing like that was ever stated before. Also, it seems odd that weather would cause only two panels, the last two to be installed that day so perhaps not from the same batch of material, to look so different. While the initial installation went up in a timely manner and was a decent price, having to get in touch with them regarding things that needed fixing has been quite frustrating. 3/4/26 An update that I still have not heard back from someone from Wayne Fence who can explain to me why these two fence panels have changed dramatically when compared to the rest of the fence.

Joe was extremely professional and provided a very quick turnaround time. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and carefully explained every step of the process. Upgraded from chain link to Vinyl PVC. From first call to completion, very pleased with this project. All office calls felt comfortable and handled stress-free. Joe was knowledgeable, fair and honest during the evaluation/estimate process. Install day was even better. Rafael managed it very well. He kept me in the loop exactly when the crew/materials/etc. were arriving, so I knew who was coming/going at all times. As all job sites have surprises/issues that arise, all here were addressed with no hassles. The removal/materials crew were great. The installers, Rodolpho and Julio, were ready to go before 9am and did such a great job that I was already loving that fence while it was being installed! Everyone was courteous, professional, understanding, and most of all, very respectful to me and the property. JOB WELL DONE! and THANK YOU.

What a great idea we had to signed up a contract and have Jeff and his team members from Wayne Fence to do our backyard. We were shopping in many towns around our neighborhood and prices were extremely high and without good customer service (our experienced). We were looking for the best deal and we were about to have our hopes down until we met Jeff from Wayne Fence. He was professional, reliable and caring person as well his team members. They finished the job in one day and we were impressed by their punctuality, safety procedures and organize team work . Great quality in their products and great installation too. Overall A+ to them. Thanks again Wayne Fence for such great job.

They knew my view for the outline without me saying a word. Price point unbeatable. Outstanding work and looks beautiful! 4 estimates they were lowest and shortest time span to start as well and project time line. Some said 2 weeks Wayne fence said 2 days. Unfortunately due to rain incoming on day two… they worked until midnight in day 1 to get it done within timeline absolutely outstanding!!

Wayne Fence did an amazing job on my fence at my new house! I made an appointment with Joe he showed up on time, measured, and gave his input on what styles of fence would complement my house and back yard. Joe was very detail oriented, he even took into account things such as having a double gate for landscape equipment to fit through, an access gate to service my generator and even a rear yard access gate in case the kids threw a ball over the fence!! The installation crew showed up and got my fence installed in 1 day and the job was perfect. Joe then came back to inspect the work of the installers and made sure I was 100% happy with everything before he left. The next day they came to my house to clean up where the materials were dropped in my driveway , this was unexpected and really shows how much they care about making a customer happy. Now my kids have a safe and secure backyard to run around in . Thank you again to Wayne Fence the courtesy and professionalism is unmatched! I would recommend Wayne Fence to all my family and friends they are a 5 star company. I am very big on customer service and Wayne Fence knocked it out of the park!

As the program supervisor for a Daycare Center I contacted Wayne Fence based off of the reviews read. All initial communication was fantastic. They followed up and followed through, sent their best people for quoting and promised exceptional work. Once the full amount was paid for, $10,200 prior which was prior to work being started is where the issues began. We from this point had little contact with them. We were notified that our start date was being pushed back due to manufactures delays. When the work did begin it was noticed that the job was extremely rushed. After the fencing was placed we noticed that the fencing itself was extremely uneven. The caps of the fencing posts were not properly placed and were crooked and students were able to remove them. There were so many scratches in the a lot of fencing and posts which will cause the fence to rust due to exposure. They did attempt to spray paint many of those imperfections which is extremely frustrating being that we paid for brand new fencing. We expressed our concerns to reception and asked to speak with management on more than several occasions in an attempt to give them an opportunity to fix the issues, management did not get back to us and kept pushing reception to handle conversations. We were told someone would either call or come in person. Every attempt they made was either rescheduled, or they did not show up when they said they would. When they did come to "fix" the issues, they caused damage to the artificial turf in the playground by cutting, removing and patching up areas on their own accord. We thought we were getting quality work and received sub par work.

Wayne Fence did an amazing job! The guys came early and worked hard all day. Donato was very responsive and they were very reasonable. I'm greatly satisfied on the finished product and would definitely recommend Wayne Fence. Well done!

If I could have scored them minus 100 I would have. They messed up the order twice. They collected full payment when they weren't authorized to do so. The installation is shoddy, posts aren't centered and most importantly they used metal gates that were already bubbling due to excessive rust. This was over a month ago and after repeated calls and conversations and the promise from them to make things right we have nothing. I'm disgusted with their lack of support. Edit 9/25 a laughable response. You came out multiple times because you messed up the order and even ordered the incorrect amount of material. We didn't try and change anything . You put zero time and effort in. That's a joke of a comment. Also you're trying to tell me that a brand new aluminum fence is supposed to have rust bubbles and an uneven surface because of the material and elemente ? That's nonsense. Additionally, I've called at least half a dozen times over several months to get this sorted and am told "I'll talk to the owner and get back to you" and have not received one call back. Calling me a valued customer is an insult. I shall be talking to a lawyer about filing a complaint with the FTC. Edit 10/21 you called last week to say you'd be installing new gates 10/18 because you finally admitted you installed defective ones and guess what. You didn't show up. Why am I not surprised. Can't wait for the next laughable comment. Update 10/28 showed up unannounced but happy they came. One new gate installed no rust and all good. Second gate wouldn't fit and prior install was a hack job per new installer with too many holes drilled. Had to go back to the warehouse and get a new part. Second gate then installed. A few rust spots but way better than before. So several months later and after making false accusations about me and their service, things have now been made right and I'm now happy.
