So, I need to get my car towed to a shop on Thursday night, and so I used roadside assistance through my insurance provider. No tow company locally was a available, so they put me in as a higher priority, and then Wayne County Towing llc got the call. They came to the rescue and their driver Kevin was absolutely phenomenal! Their dispatch and driver were friendly and kept me informed. The driver arrived exactly when he said he would, got my car to the shop safely, and unloaded my car perfectly in a spot. 10/10 would recommend them, they service all of Ohio, and I will definitely use them again if ever needed.

Fantastic Service!! Wayne Country Towing is a great towing company to work with. After they were contacted by using my Ford Pass app, the dispatcher gave me a time to expect their arrival. As the time arrived, there was more communication as to who would be arriving and a more precise time. When the tow truck arrived, the two gentlemen were extremely courteous and friendly. They answered all of my questions and were very well informed and knowledgeable. They loaded my vehicle and were on their way to the destination I had chosen to have my vehicle taken to in a very short time. The dispatcher was very easy to work with as well. I had a major issue electrical issue with our Kia Sorento stalled out & Amica insurance connected us with Wayne County towing. Oscar called us and came out quickly, was able to get the car started long enough to get on the truck and towed it & took me over 30 minutes to our mechanic. Courteous, quick and did a great job!
