I was stuck in the middle of a parking lot today, this very nice gentleman from this towing service asked if he could help in anyway. I said absolutely if he could tow me to Aukerman that was behind me. He told me yes and to call the lady's at the office to let them know. The lady on the phone was really pleasant to talk to! Fantastic Service!! Wayne Country Towing is a great towing company to work with. After they were contacted by using my Ford Pass app, the dispatcher gave me a time to expect their arrival. As the time arrived, there was more communication as to who would be arriving and a more precise time. When the tow truck arrived, the two gentlemen were extremely courteous and friendly. They answered all of my questions and were very well informed and knowledgeable. They loaded my vehicle and were on their way to the destination I had chosen to have my vehicle taken to in a very short time. The dispatcher was very easy to work with as well. She provided invaluable information as soon as they received the order for my towing through the app. She continued to keep me updated throughout the entire process and was very pleasant to deal with in all communications! So grateful for this business for being so caring! Staff answering the phone talked to her guys about our situation and Casey helped us tonight to get home and out of the cold… we had been out in it for hours waiting for any towing place to accept our tow…on an early early Sunday morning. I had a long wait due to my location, but when Rod showed up he went right to work and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. Very professional and courteous.
