I was stuck in the middle of a parking lot today, this very nice gentleman from this towing service asked if he could help in anyway. I said absolutely if he could tow me to Aukerman that was behind me. He told me yes and to call the lady's at the office to let them know. The lady on the phone was really pleasant to talk to! I will tell everyone that needs a tow to call this towing company to help them when they need it! I appreciate what you guys did for me to help me out! Thank you so much for being amazing to someone in need! I will never forget it!

Fantastic Service!! Wayne Country Towing is a great towing company to work with. After they were contacted by using my Ford Pass app, the dispatcher gave me a time to expect their arrival. As the time arrived, there was more communication as to who would be arriving and a more precise time. When the tow truck arrived, the two gentlemen were extremely courteous and friendly. They answered all of my questions and were very well informed and knowledgeable. They loaded my vehicle and were on their way to the destination I had chosen to have my vehicle taken to in a very short time. The dispatcher was very easy to work with as well. She provided invaluable information as soon as they received the order for my towing through the app. She continued to keep me updated throughout the entire process and was very pleasant to deal with in all communications! She answered all questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely choose Wayne County Towing in Wooster, Ohio for all my future towing needs!!
