I have used WaxOrSugarMe for several years! The customer service, facility, products, client interaction is a 10/10! The entire staff is professionally trained and they cater to your hair type and pattern. This is NOT a chain that only cares about getting in as many clients as possible in day! These ladies are knowledge, communicative through the entire proceeds and overall AMAZING! There are different locations available which is very convenient.

Let me tell you about Liz...she is amazing! I’ve never been waxed and she makes you feel comfortable. She always makes sure you are going okay. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about her clients. She’s always looking for new things for us to try from hydro jellies to oils. I’m always looking forward to my appointments. This was my first time coming to Waxorsugarme and I had an amazing experience! I recently moved to Addison and have been searching for a consistent wax lady and I'm happy to say I found her! Elizabeth did an AMAZING job! She was so kind, so patient & took her TIME performing my wax! She made sure she did a perfect job! Liz is amazing at what she does. She will make sure you’re comfortable and she is very sweet. I always look forward to my appointments because I feel like I’m just going over to chat with a friend while she works on me. Will always recommend her ! 10 out of 10 !

Elizabeth is very good at waxing and sugaring. She walked me through the process as she was working the different areas, and she kept the conversation going to help keep my mind off of the pain. Elizabeth was truly amazing!!! Whether this is your first Brazilian or your 100th, she sets the bar high and truly cares about her clients. Very knowledgeable, punctual, and kind. I’ve had some not so good experiences with others in the past and she really puts you at ease, making you feel comfortable, cared for and verbalizes each and every step prior to moving forward! I left more knowledgeable from her body/beauty tips and feeling like a brand new woman! Definitely found my new waxing expert. Oh and please grab a jar of her natural lemon balm. You won’t be sorry! I am shook, it looks so good!. If I was afraid of anything was the pain and not feeling comfortable and Liz definitely made me feel 100× times better than I had imagined. She is sweet and easy to talk to which keeps your mind off the pain. If you're a first timer or not Liz is the person to go to.

I absolutely love this place!!! The owner Liz is so professional, very informative, and super sweet! She is very clean! I will go here and be her forever customer! She putts you at ease and answers any question you may have especially if its your first time. If anyone is looking for a waxer this is the place. She is the absolute best in town!!! I have not gotten so much as a hair bump or ingrown hair, but that is just my experience and how I apply her expert advice to my care routine! Give her a try!!!

Liz always gets me right and what I love most is that she is very informative from the beginning, from the time you dm or book your appointment to the end of your appointment. I was so nervous coming in at first but she made my experience so easy and I felt so comfortable, after not liking my first wax with someone else! I have not missed one appointment and I have been with her since July/august 2020! BOOK BOOK BOOK I promise you’ll love her!
