Wax in Wax out

I took my 4 year old last week to Wax in Wax out after being told by an NHS Audiologist she had a mild hearing loss in one ear and close to normal hearing on the other. She had a build up of wax in both ears and our next review was planned in three months time. After trying olive oil spray for a week I decided to book an ear wax removal appointment for my daughter. It was the best decision I made and I’m so glad I chose Wax in Wax out. Mustafa was very kind and thorough. He was patient, asked my daughter’s history and explained everything clearly. During the procedure he helped keep my daughter as calm as possible, was very gentle and removed all the wax from both ears. Since then I have been noticing some improvements to her speech. We still have a long way to go with her Speech and Language Therapy Team but I’m confident she will pick things up much quicker and her hearing will be restored. Thank you so much for everything and we are looking forward to our next follow up in six months time.

Mustafa has provided me with the best experience by removing a cotton bud when i though it was earwax, I am still in shock, i had to take a picture of it . prereviously specsavers damaged my ear canal. All i can say is mustafa made me feel so safe. I will definitely come back. overall one thing ive learned is to never use a cotton bud again.

Arranged a same day home visit appointment. Mustafa, who attended, was polite, punctual, pleasant and very good at his job. He did great work on my daughter’s ear (over two visits) and also on two other members of our family. It was expensive, because of the distance the operative had to travel, and though I initially chose this company for a same day appointment, (and because there were excellent Trustpilot reviews), I feel that we got a very high standard of service, and I would use this company again.

Mustafa did a home visit for my mum he was very professional, polite and made my mum feel at ease having her ears cleaned, he gave great advice , and even checked my ears while he was there too! I would highly recommend him.

Mustafa was amazing. I had foreign object stuck in my ear. Couldn't hear on right ear. Mustafa removed it in a minute which the staff at hospital was trying to remove it for an hour and couldn't manage. Brilliant service ! Highly recommend!
