Wax in Wax out

Arranged a same day home visit appointment. Mustafa, who attended, was polite, punctual, pleasant and very good at his job. He did great work on my daughter’s ear (over two visits) and also on two other members of our family. It was expensive, because of the distance the operative had to travel, and though I initially chose this company for a same day appointment, (and because there were excellent Trustpilot reviews), I feel that we got a very high standard of service, and I would use this company again.

Mustafa has provided me with the best experience by removing a cotton bud when i though it was earwax, I am still in shock, i had to take a picture of it . prereviously specsavers damaged my ear canal. All i can say is mustafa made me feel so safe. I will definitely come back. overall one thing ive learned is to never use a cotton bud again.

Mustafa did a home visit for my mum he was very professional, polite and made my mum feel at ease having her ears cleaned, he gave great advice , and even checked my ears while he was there too! I would highly recommend him.

Mustafa was amazing. I had foreign object stuck in my ear. Couldn't hear on right ear. Mustafa removed it in a minute which the staff at hospital was trying to remove it for an hour and couldn't manage. Brilliant service ! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment with Mustafa to have my earwax removed. I had a blocked ear for a week and thought it was an infection, but it turned out to be just wax and now I can hear everything clearly!
