Arranged a same day home visit appointment.
Mustafa, who attended, was polite, punctual, pleasant and very good at his job.
He did great work on my daughter’s ear (over two visits) and also on two other members of our family.
It was expensive, because of the distance the operative had to travel, and though I initially chose this company for a same day appointment, (and because there were excellent Trustpilot reviews), I feel that we got a very high standard of service, and I would use this company again.

Made a call yesterday to see if he could see my elderly mother as she couldn't hear a thing .
He saw her this morning, such a lovely man kind and reassuring.
He removed mums wax that was deep in her ear and there was a lot of it .
And straight away her hearing was back to normal
Thank you sooo much . We will book every 6 months to make sure this doesn't happen again .
Once again mum and me say a big thank you .
