Dan and his team were amazing. We sold our house quickly for more than we were asking, found a new one and got it below asking, and did it all in about 10 days. Downsizing in this market can be tough but Dan guided us through the process and the results demonstrate it’s possible. Also… absolutely FANTASTIC communication. Whenever my wife or I reached out to Dan, he was back to us within 5-10 minutes on average… days, nights and weekends. He has earned our highest recommendation and endorsement.

Dan Kallas was great to work with and did an amazing job. He helped us determine our main priorities in choosing a new home & was quick to get us in for tours of homes we were interested in. He helped us look for potential issues and advised us on pros & cons. When we found the house we wanted, he helped us make an offer that was likely to be accepted. He then walked us through all of the next steps. He's very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and you never feel like just another client. I would highly recommend him.
