What an amazing asset to our community. Michael and all the team are caring, compassionate, skilled, understanding and just all round excellent. From saying goodbye to my loved puppers to bringing my new pup through their doors and preschool, I can’t fault them. Highly recommend.

We can’t thank Michael enough for looking after our Spoodle - Charlie late last night as an emergency. He looked after us as well as Charlie with great warmth and took a great amount of time to make sure she was sorted and set up for success moving forward. We recently moved from Sydney & needed urgent treatment for our Sick Dog. We found the best Vet. We received terrible news yesterday, but the level of care & treatment for our beautiful little girl was the best. Experiencing a tough time, everyone was so caring & spot on with the treatment required. Above and beyond expectations at the level of care and compassion given to our dog after a snake bite. The attending vet stayed overnight with our girl to make sure she would be safe throughout the night and send us updates via txt. The following check up visits have been amazing with all of the vets there. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The workers were amazing and kind, they supported and reached out the whole time they were looking after my cat and made sure that we knew every step of the way what was happening. They made the otherwise heartbreaking process of having an I'll pet very smooth and we cannot thank them enough for it.
