We worked with Paul at Watts Up Electric to install our Tesla charger and fix a broken outlet at our house, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The charger installation was clean, professional, and done right the first time. Everything works perfectly. Paul was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer our questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find contractors who combine great technical work with great customer service, but Paul absolutely delivered. Watts Up Electric was fantastic to work with for our home remodel. Paul helped us in planning and executing the installation of several ceiling fans and bedroom lighting, recessed lighting in our bathroom, sconces for our stairwell and vanity, and installing a ceiling outlet to allow for family heirloom light fixture by presenting various options and guiding us through our choices. We had Paul and Austin out for some work last week (light switch relocation, sconce installation, and down lighting installation), and we were super impressed with the work they did. Paul was amazing! Installed four outdoor lights and a Ring camera with motion sensor spot lights. Indoors he installed a new ceiling light for our stairwell and a chandelier in our dining room. Very personable and professional. Couldn’t be happier.
