We have had Watkins do work for us several times. Today they came to replace out pressure control valve for the house. I called them first thing this morning and they were here within an hour. Got right to work and had new valve installed in record time. Very polite and respectful every time. Highly recommend them.

They did what appeared to be extensive work at my apartment. I opened the door that morning and couldn't believe what I saw. Fences were down, all my plants were gone and there was a huge mound of dirt. There wasn't anything I could do about it so I closed the door and let them do what they had to do. That evening I opened the door expecting the mound of dirt to be gone and the fences to be back up but I figured all my plants were history and there would still be more clean up to be done. However, I was in shock at what I saw! They left my patio better than before. The plants were all put back and the patio was 100% cleaned up. I was so impressed and thankful for the excellent job they did.🙂

Jerrod came out to unplug the drain and after multiple attempts, eventually figured out that we had no vent on our bathroom plumbing, so turned out to be an easy fix, but wouldn’t have figured it out without his help. Thank you!

I had submitted a claim with our warranty insurance and Watkins Plumbing was assigned to my claim. Jared was the main technician on this and he was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. Great communication as well and something i can definitely appreciate. He ended up replacing our water heater since there were continuous problems after installing new parts. I would definitely go back with Watkins Plumbing if any other issue arises. Thank you Jared!

Part of my job is to help small businesses - Watkins Plumbing hit everything on the dot for what they should do. I called and they immediately answered the phone. I described my issue and they said they should be available within a 2-5 hour timeframe and they would let me know. I provided my email address, and immediately received an appointment reminder for 2hrs 30 minutes, exactly what they quoted me. It is now 3:30pm and they just left. Very friendly, saw some small issues that they took care of (above my main issue), and explained everything well. Professional, clean, knowledgeable, and definitely worth referrals! UPDATE - used again (1 year after my last review) to replace my water heater, very knowledgeable, excellent pricing and service, highly recommended!
