I messaged James first thing in the morning and I got a quote back within the hour and was delighted he came over to fix my downstairs toilet leak a few hours later. Affordable, professional and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Quick next day service, high standard, reasonable price to fix a cistern and replace both kitchen and bathroom sink taps. Provided an accurate estimate after sending on some photos of the problem, came back within an hour offering to complete the work next day. Work completed quickly to a high standard, checking I was happy with what had been done. Cost was nearly half of that of another local plumber - able to pay via card/chip and pin. James even took his shoes off at the front door. Will definitely use again.

James was amazing, very quick and prompt replies and very nice, kind and even pointed out I'm about to order the wrong sink. He also came out in vain as the worktop would have needed adjustment, but still he was so kind. He was professional all the way through, I recommend him if you ever need plumbing work.

I emailed James regarding my en-suite's leaking connector and he emailed back with a super reasonable fixed quote, proposed day & time. He was very efficient and also took his shoes off to walk up my carpet stairs without having to be asked! He explained what went wrong, fixed it up and also fitted a new flexible cord which puts less pressure on said connector. I will 100% be using James' services again for any similar issues - highly recommended.
