To find a company that comes when expected, on time and does not exceed the reasonable quote given is rare; even rarer is the exceptional customer service and quality of the work conducted. Our unwanted basement indoor fountain has been repaired and we are sleeping so much better without the anxiety of a leaky basement. We couldn't be happier with Mitch and Josh.

Right from my first call for a quote, all communications were prompt and honest. When Josh first dropped by, he listened to the water issue I was having in the basement and recommended what was needed. Within the next 24 hours, I received a quote. Not only were they the fastest to reply, they also had the best price (compared to two other companies). Mitch was the one who led his team for the renovations. I appreciated the fact that he introduced his crew. All of them were polite and friendly. Before starting work, Mitch took the time to discuss the plan to make sure I was on the same page. The work was done efficiently and professionally. They cleaned up nicely too. Both Josh and Mitch seem to be sincere people who love and care about what they do. So I definitely recommend their service and will use them again in the future if needed! p.s. I can't testify to the outcome yet as I need to wait for a downpour. Updates : May 9, 2023 - we had a good downpour over a few days and the sump pump worked great! Our basement was dry.

I called this company after dealing with another that spoke very disrespectfully to me as a woman and who tried to dramatically overcharge for a crawl space encapsulation. As soon as Josh answered the phone, I knew this experience would be different. He was respectful, came in person within the hour to give a quote, and took time to really inspect the space. He also came in with a quote that was half the price of the other company I initially dealt with! Mitchell and Danny showed up to do the work a few weeks later and they too were incredibly warm and respectful of me and my home. They did a really great and thorough job and the space looks incredible and transformed! Even when a miscommunication about materials came up, they immediately redid a component of the work to ensure my satisfaction without question. I could not recommend this company more. They are so great to work with and I’ve been telling all my family and friends about them…and now I’m telling all of you! 😊

This company is the best. Josh and Mitch are great people. Their crew works very had and all are very knowledgeable. They did a great job on my retired parents basement. Haven’t seen a drop of water since they left. I would absolutely recommend WaterShield to anyone. Thanks guys.

Incredible experience from start to finish. The crew was polite and professional taking time to explain and show each step of the work they were doing. They were respectful of the house and ensured that the place was left cleaner than they found it. They went above and beyond every step of the way, including when my wife and mom arrived back from the airport as they were finishing up a busy day of work and they took the time to carry their luggage into the house for them. That kind of service speaks to the values of this company. You can tell that they take pride in the work that they do and that they truly appreciate the opportunity to help you keep your house dry! I really appreciate the team at WaterShield Atlantic. A few years ago they helped me by repairing a crack in my foundation. It has never leaked since. Today they repaired a different crack before it became a big problem and provided me some much needed advice. Highly recommend. Great people to work with.

We can’t say enough positive things about Mitchell, Josh and their team. They successfully waterproofed our 100 year old stone foundation. We no longer have any water in our basement after years of water leaking in, after a heavy rain. Also, they’re great people - personable & professional. This team, from pre-sales through installation to after-sales support, is nothing less than spectacular. Josh is a true sales professional. Mitch has the best client focused service Ive witnessed in the Atlantic, together with the rest of the crew they delivered a quality basement encapsulation with new sump system that delivers. Even minor after-installation issues were fixed when they said and how they said. The BEST contractor we have ever dealt with. Mitch just finished repairing a small leak in the basement. I have to wait until a big rainfall to make sure that it has completely fixed the problem but I must say that Mitch and his team have been great. I’ve owned a lot of houses and had a lot of work done. Mitch is one of the best that I have ever dealt with.
