I really appreciate the team at WaterShield Atlantic. A few years ago they helped me by repairing a crack in my foundation. It has never leaked since. Today they repaired a different crack before it became a big problem and provided me some much needed advice. Highly recommend. Great people to work with.

Right from my first call for a quote, all communications were prompt and honest. When Josh first dropped by, he listened to the water issue I was having in the basement and recommended what was needed. Within the next 24 hours, I received a quote. Not only were they the fastest to reply, they also had the best price (compared to two other companies). Mitch was the one who led his team for the renovations. I appreciated the fact that he introduced his crew. All of them were polite and friendly. Before starting work, Mitch took the time to discuss the plan to make sure I was on the same page. The work was done efficiently and professionally. They cleaned up nicely too. Both Josh and Mitch seem to be sincere people who love and care about what they do. So I definitely recommend their service and will use them again in the future if needed! p.s. I can't testify to the outcome yet as I need to wait for a downpour. Updates : May 9, 2023 - we had a good downpour over a few days and the sump pump worked great! Our basement was dry.

We can’t say enough positive things about Mitchell, Josh and their team. They successfully waterproofed our 100 year old stone foundation. We no longer have any water in our basement after years of water leaking in, after a heavy rain. Also, they’re great people - personable & professional. Mitch just finished repairing a small leak in the basement. I have to wait until a big rainfall to make sure that it has completely fixed the problem but I must say that Mitch and his team have been great. I’ve owned a lot of houses and had a lot of work done. Mitch is one of the best that I have ever dealt with.

Watersheild atlantic promised that they would be able to water proof my basement, however they were unable. Please for anyone reading this choose another basement waterproofing provider. Very unprofessional.( commenting for a family member that would like to remain anonymous)

Recently the team came in to address a leak that was actually a leak in a fix from a previous company (and already fixed once by that company). They explained everything in detail and were clean and efficient. The patch looks great and no issues after this weekend's heavy rains. Very pleased.
