Right from my first call for a quote, all communications were prompt and honest. When Josh first dropped by, he listened to the water issue I was having in the basement and recommended what was needed. Within the next 24 hours, I received a quote. Not only were they the fastest to reply, they also had the best price (compared to two other companies). Mitch was the one who led his team for the renovations. I appreciated the fact that he introduced his crew. All of them were polite and friendly. Before starting work, Mitch took the time to discuss the plan to make sure I was on the same page. The work was done efficiently and professionally. They cleaned up nicely too. Both Josh and Mitch seem to be sincere people who love and care about what they do. So I definitely recommend their service and will use them again in the future if needed! p.s. I can't testify to the outcome yet as I need to wait for a downpour. Updates : May 9, 2023 - we had a good downpour over a few days and the sump pump worked great! Our basement was dry.

Recently the team came in to address a leak that was actually a leak in a fix from a previous company (and already fixed once by that company). They explained everything in detail and were clean and efficient. The patch looks great and no issues after this weekend's heavy rains. Very pleased.

We were having a leaky basement after the floods in NS last year. These folks came out to install a sump pump to help with the water. However when they got here they realized the water was coming from outside and the sump pump would not be needed if we fixed that. They put us in touch with a great company to to do the outside work and happy to say our leaky basement fixed. These guys did not do our work but the honesty and integrity they show lead to us having the repair we needed. Can't thank you enough!

I contacted Watershield regarding a longstanding issue with water getting in the basement despite a sump. Josh answered very quickly and arrived promptly to do an assessment. What he recommended made sense and the quote was super reasonable. The workers arrived on the day of work being done. They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. Communication was excellent. The workers cleaned up all debris. Although I cannot speak to the results yet as the work has just been completed, the service and instillation was the best. I contacted Watershield Atlantic when I discovered that a crack in my foundation had been leaking behind a finished wall in the basement. They were able to fit me in within a week, in just a couple of hours had the crack repaired and it hasn’t leaked since. The staff were very knowledgeable of their field of work and the quality products that they use, came well equipped for the job and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I would definitely choose Watershield Atlantic again if any other issues arise with our house!
