We can’t say enough positive things about Mitchell, Josh and their team. They successfully waterproofed our 100 year old stone foundation. We no longer have any water in our basement after years of water leaking in, after a heavy rain. Also, they’re great people - personable & professional. You can count on them to show up when they say they will and they are meticulous about keeping the work space tidy and clean. This company treats you like family - we highly recommend - 5 Stars

Right from my first call for a quote, all communications were prompt and honest. When Josh first dropped by, he listened to the water issue I was having in the basement and recommended what was needed. Within the next 24 hours, I received a quote. Not only were they the fastest to reply, they also had the best price (compared to two other companies). Mitch was the one who led his team for the renovations. I appreciated the fact that he introduced his crew. All of them were polite and friendly. Before starting work, Mitch took the time to discuss the plan to make sure I was on the same page. The work was done efficiently and professionally. They cleaned up nicely too. Both Josh and Mitch seem to be sincere people who love and care about what they do. So I definitely recommend their service and will use them again in the future if needed! p.s. I can't testify to the outcome yet as I need to wait for a downpour. Updates : May 9, 2023 - we had a good downpour over a few days and the sump pump worked great! Our basement was dry.

Recently the team came in to address a leak that was actually a leak in a fix from a previous company (and already fixed once by that company). They explained everything in detail and were clean and efficient. The patch looks great and no issues after this weekend's heavy rains. Very pleased.

I contacted Watershield regarding a longstanding issue with water getting in the basement despite a sump. Josh answered very quickly and arrived promptly to do an assessment. What he recommended made sense and the quote was super reasonable. The workers arrived on the day of work being done. They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. Communication was excellent. The workers cleaned up all debris. Although I cannot speak to the results yet as the work has just been completed, the service and instillation was the best. The final bill was exactly what I was quoted. Very impressed with this company and how they conduct business. Highly recommend! Had Watershield Atlantic install two pumps at our house and we could not be happier. They did exactly what they said for the price they quoted. They were the most reasonable price. We were having a leaky basement after the floods in NS last year. These folks came out to install a sump pump to help with the water. However when they got here they realized the water was coming from outside and the sump pump would not be needed if we fixed that. They put us in touch with a great company to to do the outside work and happy to say our leaky basement fixed. These guys did not do our work but the honesty and integrity they show lead to us having the repair we needed. Can't thank you enough!

We had a major issue with flooding in our house, which as new home owner caused us a bit of stress. Josh came in and did a quick estimate, reassured us that they have a solution; and then Mitchell and the crew came in and did amazing work in the basement. They installed the sump pump right away to bring the water level and pressure down and went to work fitting the piping system to ensure the flooding doesn't happen again. I cannot say enough how amazing they were. Always willing to answer questions, very kind and friendly towards us and made us feel welcome to come down while they were working to ask questions or see what is going on. Mitchell even took time to explain to me some tips on issues I had which were completely outside the project. Truly great to have them here. Price was exact to what Josh quoted, and they were the best quote I had for the most amount of work by far.
