The Waters Flooring crew went above and beyond to get our project done despite it needing more work than originally anticipated. We are extremely pleased with how our floors turned out and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Jon and his crew did an AMAZING job. Jon came out Wednesday to get measurements of the floors. He was beyond professional, but made me feel extremely comfortable. Just a good person all around. His crew came in and out the floors down and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Took them less than 3 hours from start to finish. I am so pleased! Thank y’all so much

I hired this company once 4 years ago, then twice more after it was bought by a couple of enthusiastic entrepreneurs. In all cases, the work has been excellent and reasonably priced. The attached photo (after they sanded, stained, and applied 3 coats of polyurethane to a very worn hardwood floor) shows what I regard as a work of art.

Waters Flooring was so wonderful, very patient and kind and just great to deal with , the installers did a wonderful and neat job and cleaned up very well afterwards. Our new floor is absolutely beautiful and we highly recommend them.

I am extremely please with the work of Waters Flooring Center. I had carpet removed from two bedrooms and wood floors installed. The personnel they employ are professionals. The flooring is beautiful and to please me even more, the workers put down protective covers on the floor, clean up and even vacuum the areas in which they worked. This is the second time I have utilized Waters Flooring Center and it will not be the last. Highly recommend Waters Flooring Center - you will NOT be disappointed.

My sister and I are renovating our new house and stumbled upon Waters Flooring and are so happy we did! The selection and staff were nothing short of impeccable. We were not quite sure what we were looking for and the staff was so patient with the both of us, and helped us decide in just a few hours. Needed a new back door with a dog door. Everything was installed perfectly within one day. The price was less than one fourth of what others were estimating. I will definitely use them again.

From first walking in and talking with Doug and Chuck and picking out my selections of flooring and carpet, to the fair and honest pricing, to the on time scheduling and pre-installation advice and finally to the superb installation and clean -up , lead by Randy, all I can say is this outfit is superior A#1!! I have dealt with other company's in the past. No more. These people and this company are the best, hands down. Don't wish you had come Waters Flooring later, go to them now!
