⭐ 1 Star (If I could give 0, I would!) Absolutely the worst cab service I have ever used. I booked a cab with Waterford Taxis for 8:00 AM yesterday — a very important trip as I had a flight to catch. I spoke to a girl named Deepali the day before, clearly explaining that I had to catch my flight. I even confirmed multiple times, including 30 minutes before pickup, and was told the driver would “definitely be there.” At 8:00 AM — the exact pickup time — they cancelled my booking without any prior notice or explanation. No call, no message, absolutely nothing. I was left stranded and scrambling to find alternative transport at the last minute. My entire travel plan was completely ruined because of their unprofessional, unreliable, and careless service. This is by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with any cab company. If you value punctuality, reliability, or basic customer service, avoid Waterford Cabs at all costs. I sincerely hope the owner sees this review and takes action to fix such unacceptable behavior — because this kind of negligence can seriously impact people’s lives. Never again. Totally untrustworthy.

I recently had a great experience with Waterford Taxis, and I want to highlight the excellent service I received from a call operator named Carol. From the moment I called to book my taxi, Carol was incredibly helpful and friendly. She efficiently took my details and ensured that my ride arrived on time. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the booking process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that Waterford Taxis values customer service, and having someone like Carol on the team really enhances the overall experience. I highly recommend Waterford Taxis for anyone in need of reliable transportation!

Rang a taxi at 18:55 and they said they’d be max 15 minutes. Rang at 17:25 and they said it’d be 5-10 minutes. It’s now an hour and 5 minutes since I called and haven’t received any information whatsoever, no taxi to be seen and have missed my connecting transport. Wont ever use this service again. Used to always consciously go for Waterford Taxis over Rapid Cabs, but won’t in the future.

Sooooooo mad and disappointed with this company I use you all the time but I'm done now. I booked a taxi yesterday for 8.15 to go to the bus station for a bus at 9. 8.30 and still no taxi I called back and she told me it was on its way. Waited for another 5 mins never came I rang back she said she was trying to call the driver but he's not answering her I said I booked this taxi I was guarantee it would be her she said she would send another one I said I need to catch a bus at 9 she said ok. Waited and still nothing called again and she said it coming I said 8 have 15mins to get to 5he station will it be here on time she said she doesn't know. I was so mad because 9 was the last bus and if I missed it I would not make my flight. Only for a taxi was dropping someone off on my street and I ran out and asked if he could drop us to the station we would not have made the bus. I won't be using your company again. Very disappointed very unprofessional 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Requested Taxi On 11/12/2023 but number dis not appear on their end due to some technical issue with my phone. Before I could say anything related to this he stated no number appeared, need to call again from other phone with display of number and hung up the phone. This is totally racism and need to train the staff on how to do work and deal with particular situation. I have recommended them to family/friends. What happened on that day will not be using this taxis any more.

Very kind and helpful, they even answer to tell you there booked up or closed wich is nice instead of leaving u ringing like a dope! Respectful and couldn't do enough for there customers 5 stars blindfolded

This company has went extremely down hill over the last six months! Order taxis for work in the morning and constantly showing up late, seems they are unable to keep up with the jobs they are getting and biting off more than they can chew. After being late for work 3 times in the same week I vowed never to use them again. Woman on phone extremely rude and lies when you question why the taxi is late. Pity because the drivers are lovely

Poor service from 1 driver who caused me to have to cancel an appointment that incurred a cost of 70 euros to the place I was meant to go Ordered taxi for 1.30 which I rang for at 12.30 driver never showed at time booked for then rang me 10 mins after he was due to say he wouldn't make it for 20 mins more which is poor service considering I booked an hour before Won't use them again so losing a loyal customer so now gone to rapid cabs pity though as the rest of the drivers are great

On the 13/5/23 I booked a cab for 13:15 to Waterford bus station, cab did not appear in time. So I rang them again, operator told me no taxi is available!! When I asked him why you did not tell me cabs are not available when I rang the first time, conversation has turned into a rude one. If I didn't get a lift from a friend I would have definitely missed my bus and ticket is not refundable. I think Waterford taxi should revisit their criteria of hiring operators.
