If I could give Water Works Sports more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. We rented high quality paddle boards and snorkel gear, and the team was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They answered any questions we had and offer the best pricing for rental equipment in the area. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers having a great experience. I honestly wish they could own every business. Highly recommend!

Great shop for surf gear. We are a couple of wake and river surfers looking for an ocean experience. This shop set us up with the right boards, an amazing roof set up for the SUV, and tips for beginner beaches for the best-for-us surf. It all culminated in the best days ever on the waves. Thank you Water Works! Will be back

Water Works Sports is THE place. The snorkel gear is top notch, high quality and comes with a brief but incredibly informative crash course on how to use it properly. As any snorkeler might, I was worried the goggles might fog up, but I didn’t have a single issue with that. The snorkel itself breathes super great too. These are the best quality snorkels you can rent. We also rented paddle boards and the rates are insane! WWS offers an incredibly competitive daily rate compared to other places. We even ran into a little hiccup and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. Jeff and Connie are absolutely amazing and I can’t say enough good things about them.

We had such a fantastic experience renting water gear for the week in Maui! The staff here was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable of snorkeling conditions and spots. They made the entire process easy and fast – we were in and out in no time, ready to hit the beach! The selection of beach toys, from paddle boards to snorkel gear, was perfect for our week-long stay. Everything was in great condition, and it was clear that the equipment was well cared for. Plus, the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to make the most of your time in Maui with top-notch gear and stellar service. We’ll definitely be back next time!

The lady that helped me find a snorkel trip was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I think she was the owner? So friendly and sweet. I’m staying at Napilli Shores and just went in to get a recommendation for a snorkel trip and I was very impressed by the eagerness to help me find the best trip for me and my picky son. We ended up booking the Calypso and had the best day ever! Such a great adventure! Thanks guys for helping us have an amazing experience 💕 PS thanks for the safety pin! For years we have been renting from water works and there's a reason why. Staff always exceptionally helpful and professional, shop is extremely reasonably priced and set up great with all the water items for adults and kids you'd need on vacation, and the rental boards/gear is top notch. Jeff absolutely crush's it and treats you like family 💪 See you next year.

Exceptional customer service. Ive been here to buy equipment for both my kids. Both of the people there were extremely helpful in finding the correct goggles and flippers for my kids (4&6). They also set us up with some floaty rentals so I could take the kids snorkeling while I was waiting for our Amazon purchase to arrive on island. Rental was super easy, if we hadn’t purchased our own floaties for the kids I’d for sure return here over and over again.

The owners are very helpful and friendly. Provided us with the best opportunity possible to get on some waves. They even gave helpful tips on places to surf and tips on techniques. Definitely will be renting boards as long as I come here!

I went in 3 times, each time the staff where so helpful, professional and knowledgeable about board rentals, local beaches and surfing tips. We retned 2 boards for 24 hours and went surfing and had so much fun, would not have been able to do this without the friendliness and guidance of the girls who work there!
