Water Works Pool & Spa Service

We had a fantastic experience with Water Works Pool & Spa! Aaron was absolutely incredible. Knowledgeable, professional, and super thorough in explaining the issues we were having with our hot tub. He took the time to walk us through everything in detail, made sure we understood the root cause, and then fixed it all quickly and efficiently. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the level of service and expertise provided. It’s rare to find someone who’s this good at both the technical side and customer care. Highly recommend Aaron and the entire WW Pool Service team!

I have used Aaron services for a few years now. He has open and closed the pool, replace the filter and just recently replaced the pump. We talked about repair or replace, both were on the table. He installed a new variable speed pump that was also premium quality. I have to say this was not a cheap operation but worth every penny! His work is top shelf and he has sold me all excellent products! That is exactly what I want, Thank you Aaron, I will recommend you whole heartedly!

Aaron was amazing. He not only installed our new heater, he also opened our pool and spent an amazing amount of time to ensure my wife and I know more about our pool. Prior to the opening, we felt unsure and a little hesitant about what to do with our pool. We have never owned a pool before, but Aaron made us much more comfortable. Today, we almost feel like seasoned veterans thanks too Aaron.

Aaron has the experience and knowledge to identify the problem and fix it. We had a motor go bad on our hot tub, and Aaron was able to eliminate other possible causes quickly. Because he knew going in what the likely cause was, he brought along a motor for our brand to be prepared. Sure that’s smart and saves him another trip out with the part, but of course it allowed us to get our tub back up and running without additional delay. We experienced a very small leak after the motor was installed, and I contacted Aaron about it. He came back out reasonably fast and diagnosed the likely cause and fixed it quickly. Because the leak began after his initial work, he did not charge us for the second trip. That’s fair, but we wouldn’t have known if he told us it was due to something else instead. In summary, Aaron is fair and honest, and he has solid knowledge and ability to get the job done right. We have no reason to call anyone else for all of our future needs.

My hot tub was drained and wasn't working. After talking with Aaron on the phone and asking a few questions, I knew he was the right person to help me on this problem because he's very knowledgeable and not afraid to share them. When he got to my place to fix it, he would walk me through what's going to happen and answered all my other questions. Lastly, the best part is I can still ask him for any advice and he'll answer them. I strongly recommend Aaron and Water Works Pool & Spa Service for anyone who needs the service.

I highly recommend Aaron and the team at Water Works Pool & Spa Service. My pool was a swamp after being neglected for a couple of years from the previous owner. I couldn't imagine ever letting my children into the pool, but after only 4 visits, it has been transformed and we've been in it a few times already this year. So professional, friendly and generous with their time for questions from a new pool owner.
