Dan and his coworker checked all of my sprinkler heads, replaced 2 and adjusted others for their spray pattern. They also reset my timer for adequate watering time in each zone. Professional work at a reasonable price. Excellent hire!

Water Oak Irrigation was hired to install a French drain to carry large volumes of rain water away from our home's foundation. Dan Letbetter and his associate worked efficiently, and the system was installed as expected. We won't know how effectively it works until rainy season begins, but we are confident that if any adjustments are needed, we can call on Dan, and he will promptly take care of us.

Dan at Water Oak Irrigation replaced our six station controller and wireless rain sensor. He was on time for the appointment and completed the installation same day. Just great service!

He came out & within minutes I had my estimate which was around what I thought it would be at so I approved it right away and he offered to do the job today which I happily accepted. Not impressed with this company, I needed my sprinklers replaced and a zone fixed. The work was good but communication was not good. I had someone come out for a quote, told me id get it back that same night (Saturday) and they could come back Monday to do the work. I ended up texting the owner because it was Monday at 4pm & I never got the quote and clearly no one came for the work. Then owner called appoligized which I appreciated but once I paid deposit & schedule apt, guy was 45 min late no communication, i sent the owner a text he never responded which made me so nervous because I paid a deposit & didnt hear from them, then the guy doing the work forgot his equipment at my house, i texted the owner again no response. Fortunately, the guy doing the work was able to come back and get it. But we also just discovered he left our water on which has been running for 6 days..till I saw the spicket on. So that ran up my water bill pretty good. Being a business owner, id never stop communication after a deposit & my communication is on point to keep customers happy & loyal. Id def rather us and my community have someone else do our work and be treated like were valued!

Have worked with Dan and his team over the past 4 years. Most recently he helped in recovering from the damages done by Hurricane Helene. Dan assessed the situation, installed a new pump and got the entire irrigation system back up and running in top form. All done efficiently, professionally with good communications. I highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend Dan for any sprinkler/ irrigation related services as he tries to finish up the work which can be fixed in lesser price instead of scaring us which is not required.
