ASTONISHED!!! If I had to sum it all up in one word. I have to be honest, i’m typically not the type of person to leave a review, but the level of care and the attention to detail from Akash and his team was truly astonishing. Every single question I asked was answered, every single concern I had was thoroughly explained in a way that I could understand. I got a water softener, along with a carbon filtration tank, and an RO system installed. The install is very clean, quiet, and truly is high quality products. From the moment I contacted Akash he was nice and willing to help with my concerns and doubts. He was willing to work with me, and allow me to collect my finances and he never tried to “push the sale”. He worked around my schedule and was able to complete the install on the weekend which was extremely convenient. Akash and Mel were always available and one text message away, which was proven to me when I noticed some water under my sink. I sent them a picture and a quick text and without any hesitation they asked if they can return to my home and fix it. Mind you, it’s 10 or 11pm, and they still came over and got it fixed, and it was my sink strainer that was the problem, NOTHING THEY EVEN INSTALLED! I felt so bad that they had to come out so late, but they were happy to do it with a smile on their face! My water quality has noticeably gotten better and after a few days I can definitely tell the difference in my skin and my hair. It’s a night and day difference. It’s amazing! Also, no more hard water spots all over my shower, dishes, sink, or silverware. If you are at all wanting to get a water softener system or an ro system installed, please look no further.
