I’ve been living in Wasl Oasis 2, Muhaisnah 4, Dubai — and it truly feels like a premium gated community. The apartments are well-maintained, clean, and neat, with 24-hour security ensuring complete peace of mind. The community also has a nice kids’ play area, making it a great place for families. One of the best parts is the Wasl app service — any complaint or maintenance request is handled quickly, usually within 8 hours, which is really impressive. Overall, Wasl provides excellent service and keeps the property in top condition. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly, and secure place to live in Dubai.

*A Truly “Scent-sational” Experience at Al Wasl properties Sheikh Colony Al Qusais!* Until 26/08/2025 no update no improvement 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻kudos to wasl management👏🏻 I must say, renting an apartment from Al Wasl was the best decision if you're looking for a truly unique lifestyle! Every single day, we are blessed with the delightful aroma of jasmine... oh wait, I mean *garbage*. Right in front of my apartment! What a treat! And if that’s not enough, the midnight symphony of 10+ garbage trucks ensures our sleep is anything but boring. My child even gets to wake up and join the party — who needs lullabies when you’ve got revving engines and beeping trucks at 2 a.m.? We’ve shared feedback over 5 times, but instead of a solution, we now have *more* garbage bins! Incredible service! Honestly, I’m looking forward to Al Wasl adding a few more bins nearby so we can enjoy this 5-star trash experience to the fullest. To top it off, the sound of vehicles parking and their chillers roaring(Delivery and Bus) will make your entire day truly *fantastic*. Yes, there are security staff, but they’re but — even after multiple complaints, nothing changes or action. Thank you, Al Wasl, for this unforgettable adventure. 💯👏 That said, I want to mention something positive too:* maintenance service is always on time, they attend complaints and fix issues quickly, and the cleaning is well-managed. Apart from this ongoing garbage nuisance,(Last few months ) everything else with Wasl Properties has been satisfactory.

Updated Review (Issue Resolved): I would like to update my previous review to reflect that my issue has now been resolved. The concern involved a bounced credit card payment resulting from confirmed fraudulent activity, for which I had submitted supporting documentation and requested a waiver of the associated penalty. As a parent of a child with special needs, the situation caused additional stress, as unexpected financial burdens can directly affect essential therapy and care. While the process initially took longer than expected, I appreciate that Wasl ultimately reviewed my case and addressed the issue. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Rimaz, who was my primary point of contact throughout this matter. She demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and strong advocacy, and actively defended my case when I was no longer able to do so myself. She ensured my situation was clearly represented, followed through with the necessary actions, and played a key role in reaching a fair resolution. Her commitment and support during this time were truly invaluable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I pray that Wasl continues to hire more genuine and dedicated people like Rimaz, who make a real difference for their residents. I have been a satisfied and loyal Wasl tenant for the past three years, and the way this concern was ultimately handled reinforces my confidence in Wasl’s commitment to its residents. While challenges may arise, the willingness to listen and resolve concerns with care makes a meaningful difference. This was not just a routine or courtesy call — Khulood genuinely took the time to listen, understand, and engage with me. She showed true empathy, patience, and professionalism throughout our conversation, making me feel heard and valued as a customer. Most importantly, she translated words into action. Thanks to her prompt follow-up, the FMC team visited the very next day to sit with me and address the issues I had raised. Khulood’s approach reflects a high standard of customer care and accountability. I came to the experience center to have a better look at what is being offered here, the security at the reception first spoke to me rudely thinking that I was a broker, then I waited for more than 45 minutes and nobody after collecting a token and nobody came to attend. I called the call center and they’re telling me that they can raise a feedback or concern and instead asked me to check the website. I believed Wasl to be the best since its government, but this experience was not at all pleasant and waste of time
