Absolutely fantastic guys to work with! We needed them for a pre-purchase feasibility perc test prior to buying land. Andrew was AWESOME, as other commenters have noted. Just positive and professional. From the get go they’ve been punctual, flexible, informative, and easy to work with. They coordinated with their septic system designer, Mark, who was just as positive and informative as Andrew. Provided the rest of the process goes smoothly, when we own this property we’re enthusiastically coming back to Washington Septic to design and install the system. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We had to get our grandma's septic tank emptied. It was so bad , wasn't able to use the toilet or shower . So I called goebal and explained i wasn't able to have the money up front but they explained as long as I payed our bill within 28 days we'd be fine. The two guys who came were so nice and friendly . If you can request for anyone , request for Jason Wakefield and caiden .

This company has great communication. He actually called me back after missing my call without me leaving him a message. Then he came out the next day and pumped my septic for me even though he had a busy day scheduled he managed to fit us in. Excellent customer service and a very honest good company. The owner was great and so was his employee! They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.Thanks!

Andrew and his partner did an excellent job! They gave a thorough inspection, only did what was necessary, and gave helpful guidance on our septic system care and when service may be needed next.

We had my dad’s septic pumped and followed the next week with the addition of risers and new lids (the old concrete ones were crumbling). From Lynn who did the pumping to Matt that did the repair, both were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Could not recommend them more. They were amazing.
