Septic tank location and pumping services. Lynn was on time, communicating with me thru-out the job as situations arose. I cannot say enough positive things about Washington Septic Services. I appreciate their promptness, communication and friendly, positive attitude. I will be using their services going forward!

When I called to get our septic pumped they were able to get me on the schedule the next day. Lynn was running behind due to issues at his 1st job but he called to let me know and gave an estimated time of when he would be at our place along with a text when he was 30 minutes away from our place. He had a very long day because it was almost 6 pm when he got done pumping our septic. But he didn't complain and had a smile on. He was very friendly and informative. Will definitely refer you guys to friends and family, along with using you in the future.

We had my dad’s septic pumped and followed the next week with the addition of risers and new lids (the old concrete ones were crumbling). From Lynn who did the pumping to Matt that did the repair, both were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Could not recommend them more. They were amazing.

Lynn showed up to do this work. He was respectful, kind and a hard worker. He answered all my questions very clearly. I would definitely hire him again.

I tried another septic service company first and they weren't experienced or confident enough to handle my situation of the septic having a deck built over it. Called this company and talked to Andrew and immediately felt like I was dealing with a top notch operation. Andrew and Lynn were very polite, respectful, and quick with communication. They scheduled a next day septic tank pump out over Presidents Day weekend. They were punctual to the appointment and communicated before hand to give us a heads up on when they would be there.

This company has great communication. He actually called me back after missing my call without me leaving him a message. Then he came out the next day and pumped my septic for me even though he had a busy day scheduled he managed to fit us in. Excellent customer service and a very honest good company. Andrew and his partner did an excellent job! They gave a thorough inspection, only did what was necessary, and gave helpful guidance on our septic system care and when service may be needed next.
