When I called to get our septic pumped they were able to get me on the schedule the next day. Lynn was running behind due to issues at his 1st job but he called to let me know and gave an estimated time of when he would be at our place along with a text when he was 30 minutes away from our place. He had a very long day because it was almost 6 pm when he got done pumping our septic. But he didn't complain and had a smile on. He was very friendly and informative. Will definitely refer you guys to friends and family, along with using you in the future.

Lynn is a super nice guy. He came our house, did his job above and beyond with a positive attitude. He explained things as he was going, so the next time I call them it will make both our life's easier. All I need now is to add a riser and lid. This company has great communication. He actually called me back after missing my call without me leaving him a message. Then he came out the next day and pumped my septic for me even though he had a busy day scheduled he managed to fit us in. Excellent customer service and a very honest good company. We suspected an issue with our septic system needing pumping after 5 years of use and they were able to book us the next day. Lynn arrived within the 2 hr window we were given. He was very good at explaining everything and answering all of our questions. Prior we had no knowledge of our septic system. Lynn also gave us prices before he did the work. His customer service was excellent. We highly recommend.

Washington Septic just installed a new gravity system for me (November 2025). Right from the beginning when I needed perk holes dug, soil evaluation done, site plan drawn up, and permits obtained, I was slightly overwhelmed but Andrew calmly and expertly guided me through the maze. When it came time to do the installation a few weeks later, there were men on site before the sun even rose. Before I knew what had happened the system was installed, inspected, backfilled, and neatly graded. The price includes a free inspeciton 1 year down the road. Estimate and Invoice were emailed/texted and easy to understand. Overall just a painless experience and would 10/10 recommend them.
