Washington plumbing is awesome! So is their tech Gregory. Noticed small gas leak at my water heater on a fri of all days 🙄. Called Washington and they were quick to send a tech the next day with no extra charge for a weekend visit! Whew. Lol they give you a 4 hr window (think 12-4) Greg showed up basically right on time. Took him no time to diagnose the problem. Gave a me an excellent price for a fix and we set an appt. 5-9 today Monday. They showed up almost exactly at 5. 30 min later done. I'd definitely recommend this company for and and all your plumbing needs. No bickering. Just a flat fee price to have you work done. Awesome work guys and gals! You will be the only place I call if I have future needs and I will be telling all my friends about ya!

Greg is awesome! He came out to service our thankless water heater (which hadn't been serviced in 11 years) and did a great job. He really put in a lot of effort to minimize any mess that it involved and was very personable during the job. His communication is also very clear.

We had a major blowout of a water pipe above our garage and thankfully we were home and were able to shut down the main water valve. The rupture in the pipe was very large so there was extensive damage to the garage ceiling and cabinets. Tried 6 other plumbing companies and they all said no or I had to book later with them due to the high demand for this service because of the big freeze. Then I called Washington Plumbing and Corrine truly felt bad about our situation and booked her plumber for a very late evening appt. which I took. He showed at about 12:45 a.m. and the job was complete by 1:20 a.m. We were able to turn our water main back on which was a big deal for us. Greg was quick to find the rupture and get it fixed. I'm the kind of guy that when someone goes the extra mile for me when I am in need that I will give you back my loyalty. I told Greg that his company is now my go to plumbing company for any plumbing needs I may have in the future which will be next week! :) So thankful for their compassion and willingness to work beyond the normal schedule to get this fixed for us. Greg came highly recommended. We needed his services for an out-of-hours call, and now I understand why he has such an excellent reputation. He attended to our emergency quickly, was friendly and communicated what needed to be done very clearly. The quality of the work and service was excellent and reasonably priced. We hope not to have any more late night calls, but we will certainly be using Greg for all our future plumbing needs.

Update: called this company again because we noticed another water leak while doing construction. Extremely reliable, asked if it was an emergency verses non emergency before scheduling. I indicated non emergency and he was still able to come by within a week. Plumber indicated it was a simple fix. Gave his recommendations and didn’t charge for the come out. We will always use this company and will definitely recommend any one who is in need of a plumber. Thank you Washington Plumbing! Amazing! After discovering an unknown leak from the upstairs of my home, this company provided reassurance, speediness, and compassion with my stress level of the situation. Plumber was very professional, explained everything in detail and got the job done very quickly. The office woman who scheduled the visit was extremely kind and helped with documentation for my home owners insurance company. Highly recommended this company

We hired Greg to come out after our toilet backed up into our house. He was quick, decisive, and friendly enough to answer all our questions. He cleared the blockage with their very cool jetter truck in no time. They give free camera inspections with their drain clearing jobs, which is where he found this in the picture… a disconnected pipe in our sewer! We are having him come out to repair soon. My wife and I can’t say how satisfied we are with the service from Greg and WPD! We found our forever plumber!
