Wash - Now UK - Drive Thru Touchless Car Wash in Shrewsbury

Great car wash, will not be going anywhere else to wash my car, Excellent job and the lads are bang on👍

As someone who details my own vehicle I needed a contactless wash due to the salt & winter road dirt, but I didn't want harsh chemicals used, I visited Wash Now UK's website to find out how they differ from the standard pop up car washers that are everywhere. I liked what they had to say and that they had real people review's, I went with the Deluxe wash as I wanted the underside of my car washed, but I didn't require ceramic treatment as I use a hard wax for my car's winter protection. After the wash I realised that the underside wash didn't happen as it was mostly dry, I contacted the company and asked how the underside wash was done as I saw no jets in the floor when you reach the wash point, they sent me a video explaining it is done as you enter the main bay and I explained that this didn't happen to me and it isn't something that you could miss, they apologised that it didn't happen and offered me to come back and go through again, making sure the underside was done. I couldn't return right away but I said next time I am in the area I would tell them and come over. I went back today and I was only expecting the underside to be done, but they put me through the whole deluxe wash cycle and this time I saw and heard the underside being washed as I entered the main bay and it got the fantastic light show all again (you need to visit if you wonder what the light show is). My car is spotless and my wax protection is still intact, so I am very impressed with this new technology of car wash, which should appeal to detailer's and/or people who don't want dirty washrollers or harsh chemicals wrecking their vehicles. I'm not a great lover of car wash facilities. We have all heard the horror stories, mechanical brushed ripping door mirrors off hand-wash people using sponges full of dirt and grit resulting in scratched paint!. I'm sure that this is not the case for all car wash facilities. That aside the Touchless Wash, sounded like it could work for me. So we made our way to the Shrewsbury WASHNOW. We were greeted by two really helpful guy's who guided me through the process. My car being a black (Honda CRV) is a bit of a nightmare when it comes to being washed, as it tends shows any missed areas as it drys. The state of the car was pretty bad as I'd recently been down a few farm tracks along with normal road grime and the wheels stained with brake dust so its been a few months since I last gave it a wash so it was going to be a challenge.  I went for the ULTIMATE WASH @ £18 Standard cars £15. The washing process takes about 20 minutes, from paying, to wheel pre wash preparation and then into wash booth, pre wash then wash etc. The light show was a bonus and when its finished the two guy's are there to guide you out and finish off by giving the glass a polish and wiping off any remaining water droplets. Now I know what your thinking it says Touchless Wash well the wash part is and the stack of new / clean cloths are in plain sight so I was happy with the finishing touches. WAS IT WORTH THE MONEY ?.. For me YES absolutely. I was very happy with the overall finish and far better than expected. So If you don't have time or you just cant wash your car or indeed if you're getting old like me and struggling a bit when it comes to wash your car due whatever the reason this maybe your answer for you. PS there's also a self washing bay on site too. Hope the review helps.

Best car wash by miles, and always worth going for the top-level “Extreme wash”. I always go in the evenings and the guys do an amazing job. Took it today and I felt bad because my car was absolutely caked in mud but nothing is too big a job for these chaps. Amazing service and car clean every time.

Absolutely brilliant service! I've been tens of times now and refuse to go to any other car wash. The finish is always fantastic, tyres dressed and hand finish drying is a fantastic touch!

Genuinely touchless wash and dry. I had the “Extreme Wash” and it’s worth every penny. Hand finishing also good, but they missed my sills and the bottom of the rear bumper. Car looked lovely afterward.

Been here twice within the last 2 weeks after I was recommended, staff are very polite and guide you through the process with the machine and what to do after. At first I was sceptical as to how this would clean the car but my thoughts was proven wrong and the results were amazing. Interesting experience going in and the car got dried off and windows cleaned after. I tried the self service hoover today and it was good and did the job. Will recommend this place.
