Wash N Roll Car Wash

I initially went for a car wash but it was closed so figured I get an oil change. I asked the people servicing the vehicles if they have windshield wiper fluid. Guy said no but you can buy it inside and wait there. Car wash ready paid and asked the guy in good faith to help me out in the wiper fluid. He put it in and it all came out from the bottom. I noticed around my front tire the plastic piece was off the same piece he said he would need to remove to check the wiper fluid pump. I immediately got suspicious thanked him and left. Will NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. SHAMEFUL RUINING PEOPLES CARS JUST FOR A BUCK!!! Update to the reply: this is the kind of reply I would expect from a sneaky low down mechanic shop. Immature and childish and can’t stick to the facts. Please invite me to show me YOUR CAMERAS 📸 🤡 your establishment has been proven by many to be dirty and rude just like the shady people that work for you 🤢🤭

First off let me say the wash was good and the staff was friendly. But the price is a bit high then they tack on an additional $2 SUV fee before I moved my previous car wash gave be monthly unlimited exterior washes for a few bucks more. As for how they move the line it is the pinnacle of inefficiency they have plenty of staff working tons. But typical in my experience if you are getting an exterior you want to be in and out quick. I sat in line for an hour. The flow they have is all cars full and exterior converge on the tunnel and every car has to watch as everyone is vacuumed then finally enters the tunnel and goes on to get towel tried and tire shined. The flow should be tunnel so the exterior only washes can get out of there and go on, or if you are getting full once you are out you get the vacuum you get the towel dry, you get the tire shine. Sitting there for 5 to 10 minutes before seeing 1 car go through the tunnel was insane. This place should be able to crank out like 100 cars an hour with the amount of staff they had I would be amazed if they moved 15 in the hour I was there. But like I said very good clean just frustratingly insane process.

Stopped in for the first time today. I was greeted instantly and my car was taken back immediately. All staff, from the technicians, to the car washers, to the receptionist were very friendly and helpful. For an oil change, and a car wash (inside and out) only took about a half hour. Very satisfied and will be my go to place. Thank you guys!

This was my go to car wash spot for years. But as of recently, I’m starting to feel otherwise. I’m not sure if there was a change in products that they use. But a few days after a wash and my interior looks like whats shown in the pictures. The first 2 times I chalked it up to them being busy and have to move fast. But this last time, it doesn’t seem like they really tried. A little disappointed..

Terrible service! I was there yesterday, paid $48, and my car is still super dirty. It's not worth it.😠

Like new! They made sure it was spotless. The best car washes are those with people taking care of the wash.

The customer service here was great I was treated fairly and with respect the employee checking in cars was very friendly and professional when someone cut the line and he handled it quickly and fairly.

Always wash my car here. They leave it spotless! I love coming here to also fill up my card for free car wash!

I came in for an oil change and I stayed for a car wash. I was super impressed with the job done and the service given. I’ll definitely be returning here.

People were nice and all but after spending 47 dollars to get my car washed I still had dirty spots in the common areas. Very disappointed
