Wash Doctors

Used the service for Smart repair via wash doctor. A week later noticed flaking and fading paint. Customer service take a long time to respond, the contractor named Bertie who came to repair my wheel start calling me a liar and accusing me of many things when these issue was highlighted, even doe i had photographic evidence. The wheels have now been sent out to professional because they look absolutely horrendous. Your better off going to uncle mehmet or brother Ali and asking for a cheaper job because it will defo come out better.

Really not at all impressed for a service that costs c.£80 Still dirt on the bottom panels and interior not hoovered properly.

Marc's work was absolutely fabulous: he did a great and thorough job for me. I'm very pleased.

Excellent Service the car was spottless when finished. Alex the technician was on time, polite and efficient and extremely thorough, and his attention to detail was incredible. My car is white so there were a lot of oil marks on the paintwork from months of driving and he managed to remove everything, it looks fantastic. We will have Alex back to help us again!

Absolutely amazing service. Ordered the car wash on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived in the next 1-2h and did a superb job of cleaning the car. I was especially surprised at how well they cleaned the inside of the car (we have a dog so that is no easy task). Their services also include an in depth cleaning of all the surfaces (not just vacuuming as some others do) . The car looked as brand new. Also the prices are very affordable. From now on I will be using them regularly.

Frank did a fabulous job - the car looks brand new. He is a very hard worker but importantly he is a genuine, honest and hardworking person and his customer service skills are top notch. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Good and Bad Did a reasonable job Inside and out looked great and there were stains on the seats that I hadn't been able to get out. They were all removed. I had moss around the window seal and that was all done beautifully. A few things inside the hatchback door were missed. The battery was completely drained when I next went to drive it, so was it used by the cleaner? He was 90 minutes late Might use again and keep an eye on him as I loved the convenience of having it done outside the house.

In short, they do their job well, I really like it.

Quality and reliability of the car cleaners varies greatly but you can select based on rating (would be good to be able to see customer feedback on them). Beware 3.8% cancellation fee regardless of when you cancel (not mentioned on website). Not sure what cut the platform takes from the fee paid but from speaking to various cleaners, the fees charged do not allow for the full service set out in the description so they are always rushed. I use occasionally for a basic wash but will use a properly detailer for a genuinely thorough job.

Absolutely horrendous management and scheduling. The one saving grace was the actual technician who washed the car, Joe, did a great job. The rest of the experience was an absolute nightmare of booking and miscommunication. Avoid this company like the plague.
