Jason was professional, kind, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. With two boys, a dog, and a couple of cats, you can imagine what we found when we lifted the couch cushions—plenty of “treasures” and lots of animal hair. We’re so happy with how the couch looks now. This company is efficiently run by a great husband and wife team. Very receptive and timely communication. Jason came to clean my sectional, which now looks brand new as well as another upholstered piece. Also had some rugs treated. Everything dried within very reasonable time frame. No chemical smell as they use pet and child safe products. My sweet pet had made some deposits that proved stubborn. Jason returned to re-treat without hesitation. Came to help with cleaning my daughter’s mattress after an accident, fantastic job - smells great too! Even noticed when leaving there was stain in the hallway from spilled cough medicine and spot cleaned it right then and there free of charge! Super friendly and personable - genuine guy and family business. Will be calling shortly to have him come back for help in our playroom!
