Product is great and the price is fair. The only thing I do not like is their association with shop.com for shipment tracking. I signed up with Shop.com and it showed my order as delivered. I never received anything. After calling them and speaking to a very knowledgeable individual, I was told that my order was awaiting a backorder of supplies. The next day I received an email that my order was able to be shipped. I was able to track with UPS. Thank goodness! I received it three days later. Overall a good experience. Would definitely use them again.

These guys are the best! I hit them with an order on a Thursday for 60 custom fabricated pieces and needed 24 of them by Monday. Not only did they give me the 24 but they got the entire 60 unit order which saved our job. Work quality, professionalism, and help on site loading was probably one of the best I’ve ever seen. I don’t leave many reviews, but these guys are absolutely incredible.

Order was placed on 2/25/2026 and was received on 3/23/2026. I am very disappointed in the time it took to receive my order. I honestly could've driven from North Carolina to Missouri and back in half the time and that is unacceptable. I will give one positive note...I did receive a discount for being a veteran. In the time from order placement to delivery, I went to my local Lowe's and bought the same material. PLEASE do better for your customers that may depend on their order to be received in a timely manner.

Ordering products from Warrenton is easy and accurate. Their shipping preferences are below average, it took almost 2 weeks for me to receive my item. So if you need it in a hurry, you might want to re-think your purchase.

The website doesn't show what square tubing is in stock and difficult to navigate so I just went there. Friendly courteous staff in the office. Yard man filling my order was super helpful even making helpful suggestions on my project. 5 stars

Could not ask for a better supplier of metals for our shop. Dealing with Jamie in the office is allways great and she works with precision on ensuring our exact needs are met or exceeded.
