What started as an excellent process turned problematic. I reached out in May of this year for some remediation after discovering a leak. I paid 80% upfront and pending the 20% until work was complete. Walls were removed, equipment for the remediation installed, and waited the timeframe for the moisture to where it should be. This was about a month process. Discovering that more work would be needed, I got the repair completed so they could continue their work. They came and got the equipment out and said they’d have a contractor come out to quote the work. I followed up 2 weeks later. “I’ll get back to you”
In that time, the rest of the funds was charged on the card I provided even though the work wasn’t fully completed.
I called for an explanation and was never called back. Called again the following week. “I was told the work wasn’t completed”. It was not.
I reached another individual I had been in contact with. “I’ll get back to you”. A week later nothing. Reached out again, “sorry, let me find out for you” this was 2 weeks ago
It is now 4 months later from the start of this project, and I still am down to the studs with no additional contractor quote, funds paid without work being completed, no communication, and delayed as long as I could to write this review.
