Very professional and fast service. The receptionist, Sebastian, was very welcoming and honest. The shop front is smaller than expected but always clean when I walk past and the clinic room is very private despite being in the shopping centre. The Audiologist is amazing. Highly Recommend!

The most amazing audiolgy clinic in town. They won’t let you go until they’ve done the work completely. I had to take three sessions because my ear wax was so hard and wasn’t coming out and they made sure to follow up with me and in my last appointment at Walton with Carli (she’s the sweetest) she was finally able to get it out. They never charged me again except the one time (although I had to go there three times)

Excellent wax service in Walton! I had the biggest build up of wax that no one could remove but this clinic managed to get this out after months of pain and discomfort! They provide excellent customer services! Very professional clean beautiful clinic with wonderful staff! And the clinician Karlie worked wonders in my ears today! Thank you!
