Just had Steve and Anthony unclog our kitchen sink drain. They were courteous, professional, and communicated well throughout. I was able to use a coupon found online which greatly reduced the cost compared to previous services from other plumbing companies. Highly recommend👍.

Was very responsive to some sewer back up in our home and helped get the issue resolved in one day. The plumber and technician we worked with on the first day were hard to communicate with. They told me on price and my husband another price $200 more. They also left a HUGE mess in our basement including buckets of ours that were filled with sewer and not rinsed, they didn’t tell us they left them outside so our kids found them. The main office was also screening the calls from my number when I called to ask about updates. Pictures are of the mess they left in our basement. They also had stuff all over their shoes that they tracked through our carpet, on our banister and front door.

At my house, the main drain backed up when running the wash machine. I contacted Wally Blanton and they sent out a couple of guys who snaked the drain and they did say "Without the camera to see what's going on here, this problem might be reoccurring later." Sure enough a week later it did. Then 2 more guys came out to my home and sent the camera down. My main drain was compromised by roots. They tried snaking the drain but gave me a choice since it was a stage 4 blockage. Hydro-jet or Excavate. The Hydro-jet was my choice. I asked "Will this remove the root blockage? He said yes but if the pipes are not in good condition, then no. I understood having stage 4 blockage is intense. I agreed to pay to have the roots removed. In two days a small crew showed up . Cody and Jack. I had thought they were just gonna be two guys giving up on getting these roots out. I was way wrong. Their work ethic was strong and determined to hyro-jet all the roots out. 4 hours into the first night the pump motor blew up the belts so they came back the next night for another 3 hours until my drain was completely clear. Cody and Jack worked with determination to make sure I got everything that was agreed upon in the contract and let me see the drain was completely open when they were done. I am under a 3 year warranty for this work and if the roots come back within that time, only Cody and Jack will be requested to solve my drain blockage problem. Wally Blanton has a customer for life. Their service, communication, knowledge and friendliness is second to none. No unnecessary sales pitch, no forcing things down my throat. Just simple and straightforward communication, this is what you need, why and plan. My water heater had a lot of loud popping sounds. Cody came out and explained everything he was going to troubleshoot and do. Myself being an engineer I appreciate the communication of the process. Cody and his partner did their thing and ultimately with all the sediment and calcium stuck in the water heater it was recommended I get a new water heater. Plus with a growing family we upgraded from a 40 to 50 gallon tank. They had the water heater replaced and new filtration system and piping done within a 4 hours and they even went as far as fixing my kitchen faucet hot water low pressure. Removed everything and didn’t damage a thing in the house. They even have come out a couple times to track down some vibration that started after install. Even Wally the owner came out to do the first check and he was very humble and didn’t tell me who he was until the end. So if anyone don’t the time to read this far just know the team is awesome and if you need a plumber in SE Wisconsin these are your guys.

The Wally Blanton team was professional, communicative and incredibly friendly. They were honest with the challenges of our project...as there were several...and offered solutions in a timely manner. I felt incredibly safe and comfortable with them in my home. I would recommend them to anyone!

Basement was backing up. Wally came out real fast. To the rescue. Told me the main sewer was backing up. They camera the line for me. They noticed and showed me i had a defective pipe with a crack and roots coming through going down the top of the sewer line. They recommend a sewer liner, so I wouldn't have to replace the whole sewer line, and dig up my whole yard. They were very efficient and on top of there game. And fast. I am highly appreciated. Mike and John came out (very quickly) to assess our pipes. We wanted to make sure our pipes were clear of any blockages as we had just purchased our home. They used the camera to check and made recommendations while also explaining what it all meant. Process was extremely quick and they were upfront about costs.
