I engaged the services of wall2wall in December 2025 when I discovered damp walls in one of my rental properties. It was a pressing issue, and I knew I needed a reliable solution. AJ came out promptly to assess the damage. He was extremely professional, taking the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation. He explained in detail what needed to be done, outlining the steps involved in the process and the materials required. After his assessment, he provided a quote that I found to be very reasonable given the extent of the work needed. The initial step involved a 50% deposit, which felt fair considering the comprehensive nature of the task. I expressed my urgency in having the work completed before Christmas, as it was crucial to ensure the property was in good condition for the holiday season. The project entailed stripping back three large rooms to the brick, a significant and labor-intensive job that required careful attention to detail. AJ assured me that he would handle everything professionally, from drying out the walls to fitting damp course membranes and re-plastering the surfaces. I was pleasantly surprised when AJ completed the entire job a full five days before Christmas! This timely completion allowed me to prepare the property for my tenants without any stress or delays. I can’t recommend wall2wall highly enough; AJ provides an honest assessment of the work required, communicates clearly throughout the process, and offers very reasonable quotes. Tom and James are absolutely brilliant guys! Excellent communication, very friendly and professional, clean tidy and extremely hard working. From initial contact, to viewing the job Tom was prompt, courteous and very communicative Price was reasonable for what i see as a tricky plastering ceiling job Tom arrived on time as he said he would, quietly got on with the job and finished in good time Tom was always polite, clean and showed good attention to detail in his plastering. Its actually quite refreshing to find a good tradesman for the above reasons and i have no hesitation to recommend Tom not only for his work, but also for his professionalism regardless of cost

Tom was great to deal with from the initial quote and throughout - communicative, friendly and professional. The work James did to overboard and skim our living room was top-notch, and he left the place spotless after he was finished. Can't recommend Wall2wall enough - we'll definitely be getting them back for any work we need doing in the future.

Wall2wall did a fantastic job repairing blown plaster around a window and plastered the old fireplace to give it such a smooth finish. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for all your hard work.

Tom and Wall2Wall provided me a very competitive quote when compared to others. Tom maintained communication pre/ during and post works answering my detailed questions on the work to set the right expectations by all. One the days of the work Tom was punctual and fast, my mum was drafted in to house-sit due to my work commitments and Tom and his team where polite, courteous and professional throughout to the point where my mum will be calling upon Tom to provide his services for.some work she has planned. Tom was appointed to board out and plaster a garage to convert it to a Utility Room. The work is exceptional, the finish is perfect (better than my house!), the walls are mirror flat, with strong edges around joints, corners, windows and doors. I couldn't be more happy with Tom's team, work ethic and services. Would I recommend? Yes, without reservation! Will I use again? Definitely, already booked our next job. On work.completion Tom and his team left the place immaculately clean and ready for the next stage taking all their rubbish with them. In a word - outstanding!
